Excellent service from staffs , gave us a earlier check in upon hearing tht 1 of my fam members can’t walk too much in the cold weather with weak legs ..
After my husband was down with stomach flu , searched for medicine to give him …

I enjoyed my stay at Enokiya, the room is aesthetically pleasing and the staff is very helpful with good command of English. The location is near walking, shopping street and Lake Kinrin but slightly further from the train station. I had dinner at the hotel bar which served Izakaya food, the food is delicious and service is attentive. I am glad that I choose to eat in rather than venture out.

Great facility with three private hot springs. The room is super cozy. Location is a 15 mins walk distance from the JR station, if you go with a big luggage, it would be a bit inconvenient but still acceptable. The ryokan is 8-10mins to the Kinrin Lake.

유후인은 무조건 여기에요.
료칸 비싸기만하고 냄새도 많이나고 시설은 노후됐다고
많이 들어서 엄청 고민했는데
리모델링 한건지
너무 깨끗하고 넓직해서 좋았어요.
샤워실이 없는건 단점이지만 (여자분들이 특히. 또 생리라면..)
온천이 가족실이고 저희가 갔던 날은
투숙객이 별로 없어서인지 두세번은 갔던거 같아요.
조식 너무 정갈하고 깔끔한 가정식 가성비 너무 만족했고
유후인 메인거리 근처라 위치도 완벽.
호텔리어 친절하시고 영어 너무 잘하셔서 편했어요.
다만 거실이 반층이라 연세 있는 부모님이랑은
좀 힘들거 같아요 ㅠㅠ
한국인도 별로 없었고… 앞으로 너무 인기
많아질까 걱정되네요… 저만 알고싶은 숙소🫶🏻

이 료칸의 객실은 매우 넓고 청결합니다. 객실에 샤워 부스는 따로 없지만 세면대가 있고 1층의 3개의 욕탕 가운데 1인실(1개)은 회전율이 높아 크게 불편함이 없었습니다. 영어가 가능한 직원이 있고 매우 친절해서 좋았어요. 1층의 노천 온천탕은 객실에서도 태블릿PC를 통해 현재 사용 여부를 확인하고 내려가 쓸 수 있습니다. 일본 가정식을 중심으로 제공되는 조식 뷔페도 훌륭합니다. 식사 후에 료칸 앞 개천 옆을 따라 산책 추천드려요. 유후인에 가신다면 단연 이 숙소를 추천드리고 싶네요. 수, 목은 료칸 주점 운영을 하지 않고.. 늦은 도착 시 저녁 제공이 마감될 수 있으니 미리 확인해보고 가시길 바랍니다.

九州行定的最滿意的酒店。非常棒。
環境：布院湯之坪街道步行半分鐘，依溪而建，極美。
服務：遇到的兩個服務員英語都很好，入住時介紹的很清楚。
設施：酒店比較新，一樓有3個獨立的公共湯池，大小不同，iPad可以看是否可用，酒店房間不多，泡的3號池，有室內有室外，一家人連泡帶洗一個小時，房間沒有淋浴。
衞生：挺好。

房間和圖片完全一樣
空間十分大，十分適合一家大小
酒店溫泉都很舒服，比較可惜是共用洗澡溫泉房
酒店包的晚餐和早餐都很好吃！
非常值得再去！
而酒店地址也非常近商店街和超市

兩晚的晚餐十分驚喜及美味！小朋友有食物敏感，感謝廚師用心的重新預備！職員的態度也非常有善。房間的感覺十分親切，早上打開窗簾就能看到山景及河景！有機會一定會再來！
