Nice place to stay Clean and good location. Good for Family trip

Second time staying here. It's great overall, great location great staff, great service, great kitchen in the room. I will definitely come back again. The only disappointment was at the end, there was a massive amount of people got locked out of the door during their late check out and even after front desk reactivated the card key, people were still locked out. At the end room service had to come to open the door for each and everyone.

I booked this hotel in the last minute. Beyond my expectation, it is a very nice and clean hotel. The view in my room was great. The staff was friendly and the facilities are pretty new too. I will come back this hotel when I visit Kelowna next time.

Thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay on 20th Sept. The gym was functional and spacious enough to raise the heart rate and ensure that I had a good work out. Loved the bedroom and the layout. Pristine and very well thought out. Breakfast was more than plentiful and lots of variety. Best of all the rate was awesome for all of the above.Well satisfied 😁.

The hotel gave me 2nd floor room with big machine noise( from 1st floor mechnical room), I wasted over 1 hour to change the room, but so far the hotel manager didn't contact with me. And in the room you can heard next room talking and third floor walking sound. The hotel room cleaning is good and front desk is good.

사진보다 훨씬 더 깔끔하고 넓어서 들어가자마자 놀랐어요! 친절하고 발코니에서 보이는 리버뷰도 너무 좋고,, 다시 켈로나 가도 고민없이 이 숙소로 할 정도로 다 만족스러웠습니다!

工作人員親切友善，笑容滿面，態度認真。衛生情況滿意，酒店很新，設施完備，位置適中，交通方便，周邊有商場餐廳和超市

因為之前為了找個靠近附近酒莊的酒店，找的這個，雖然不在市中心，但是房間看出去就是湖景，超級漂亮！因為行程有改變最後才定的房間，但是很後悔就定了一晚，應該多住幾晚，而且泳池有個大滑梯，適合帶小朋友的家庭。

房間太舒服了.......出遊一整天能夠有舒服的床睡很棒!! 有簡易的廚房， 過了晚餐時間也有微波如可以使用, 但是我不喝咖啡, 只喝茶, 如果能有煮熱水的機器會更好!!

已經是第二次居住這個酒店了，非常喜歡床非常的大房間很新，早餐很好，然後房間比較寬敞，還有廚房，書桌，一切都很滿意

房間很大，衞生相當乾淨，酒店比較新，早餐也還不錯，住的很開心。尤其湖景陽台房，可以看到美麗的湖和山。
