Excellent little hotel. Great vibes upon entering the hotel lobby. The robe was a welcome bonus during the stay too!

E'molto conveniente perché sono a piedi da stazioni interne e stazioni di guancia.Inoltre, posso andare al mondo per il futuro dei trasportatori e di Porto, considerando il prezzo dell'alloggio, il rapporto di prezzo è buono.Ho passato un bel tempo a giocare a volo al sesto piano.

La prima stazione della libertà giapponese è la guancia, che vive sulla pista di autostrada.La prima stazione è a tre minuti di distanza, la seconda è tre letti singoli, che possono riposare bene. Questo hotel è molto buono. Ci sono molte scelte di cibo intorno, adatto per due bicchieri per gatti notturni.

Mi sento così spogliato che mi sono aggiornato al piano del club di baia e la vista era sorprendente. In generale, questa stanza è spaziosa con una terrazza. Ciò che amo più è la grande TV in camera che si può godere di NETFLIX alla notte dopo un lungo giorno di uscita. Grazie per il fatto che il Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu abbia reso il nostro viaggio favoloso.

The hotel lobby is huge, the location is convenient to access to Queen's plaza. The room is nice and neat. Excellent services ! We like to return again. Its a good value hotel.

Siamo stati per un'esibizione dal vivo alla Pia Arena. È una breve passeggiata, quindi me ne sono andato 30 minuti prima dello spettacolo, ma avevo un sacco di tempo. Ho dormito lentamente senza colazione e l'ho preso in un delizioso caffè nelle vicinanze. Mi piacerebbe sicuramente tornarci.

Il servizio dell'hotel è stato eccellente. Il personale è ben addestrato, professionale e orientato al cliente. Le strutture e l'ambiente sono grandi. Arriverò certamente per il mio prossimo viaggio a Yokohama.

羽田空港からバスで３０分くらいで到着です。途中の高速道路からは、横浜ランドマークホテルなどが見えて、壮観でした。バスを横浜駅東口で下車しましたが、終着のワイキャットの方がヒルトン横浜に近いです。横浜駅からKアリーナが見えますが、徒歩で歩いてホテルまでニッサンのビルなどを迂回する必要があります。駅からホテルまでの通路は、まだ、建設中のようです。 新築ホテルで、とても豪華です。エグゼクティブラウンジでチェックインをして、プレミアムルームにアップグレードしてくれました。ラウンジ内のジュース類は、多種類で、珍しいものがたくさんありました。カクテルタイムは、アルコール類はあまり多くなく、また、料理もほとんどありませんでした。 室内からは、正面に川が流れていて、隣のKアリーナのコンサートを見学する人たちが列をなしていました。部屋は３９平米あり、ゆったりできました。室内の装飾も、ホテル全体のアールデコ調と統一されたデザインでした。ひげ剃りなども、他のヒルトンホテルのものとは異なり、上質なものが備わっていました。 夕食は、イタリアンレストランでいただきました。HCPJの２０％割引がありませんが、もともと料理代金が税サービス込みで表示されているので、代金額がわかりやすいです。料理は、上品・繊細な味わいでおいしかったです。 ホテルの従業員さんらは、若い人が多く、おもてなしの気持ちでした。 改善して欲しいことは、つぎの三点です。 ①　横浜駅からホテルまでの通路を早く作ってもらうと、チェックイン・アウト前後の移動時間が短くなっていいと思います。 ②　エグゼクティブラウンジの料理を増やしてもらうと、もっとゆったりとできます。 ③　宿泊代金やホテル内レストラン代金にHCPJ割引の適応をしてもらうと、レストランでの食事などを取りやすくなります。 良くも、悪くも、ほかのヒルトンホテルとは一線を画するホテルであり、新鮮味があります。

Non è stato possibile accedere al loro sistema automatizzato, ma c'erano personale disponibile per aiutare. La camera è piccola ma pulita. Bagno disponibile, nessuna cabina per mettere i vestiti, solo hangar forniti, ma solo per una notte, così era tutto a posto. Connesso a Family Mart è stato conveniente ottenere bevande o cibo se necessario. Non ha usato le strutture, quindi non posso commentare. La colazione era buona. Vicino alla stazione ferroviaria Yokohama.

A beautiful hotel that's more or less right next to Shin-Yokohama station and within sight of Yokohama Arena. You can find a 7-11 on the ground floor, next to the elevators, while a direct link to the Prince PePe shopping center leads you to some eateries and a supermarket. It appears to be mostly frequented by business folk, at least when we visited in late November. Checking in was a smooth process with the friendly, English-speaking concierge. You'll want to grab some amenities such as washcloths, cotton pads, and shaving cream before taking the long elevator ride up to your room. We had a nice view overlooking the city seeing how we were past the 30th floor, though said view gets better once you head to the top for teppanyaki or the lovely lounge. Visit the latter at dusk to soak in the panoramic sight and count passing trains while you sip on house cocktails and savor their beef tagliata. Or maybe treat yourself to a dram of Hibiki 25 -- you deserve it. The double room is more business than leisure, though clean and comfortable enough to relax in after a long day out. There's a safe and a mini-fridge, as well as an air-conditioning remote mounted on the wall, and a room control panel by the bedside. There's also a table right by the TV that could pass as a work desk (with accompanying chair) if needed, though I much prefer the sofa by the windows so I can ruminate on my choices while at the Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum. I should also mention that the housekeeping staff are incredibly warm and friendly should you cross paths. It's these little things that make a stay enjoyable, you know? Excellent value and a definite return should Yokohama ever be on the itinerary again.
