看攜程之前一直沒人住過沒有評價，旅遊最後一天嘗試來住一次，房間乾淨挺不錯的，前台服務態度也非常好 護照取房卡智能化程度也高，電視機也是在日本這麼多天住過最大的一個，洗完澡之後玻璃中間有一塊還不會起霧氣，周邊吃喝玩樂都有很方便，離地鐵站也很近，唯一美中不足的地方就是床有點硬🤣🤣🤣。。。

を利用して宿泊。部屋は312号室。部屋からの眺望は無し。磨り硝子で窓は開閉出来ない(>_<)部屋はダウンライトが2つだけで(しかも入口のライトはセンサーライト)薄暗い！おまけにスーパールームなので2段ベッドのような作り。閉塞感あり。32インチTOSHIBA製TV。SHARP製加湿空気清浄器。良くわからないメーカーの湯沸しポット。TOSHIBA製冷蔵庫。携帯充電器あり。エコを全面に出しすぎで辟易。水、硅藻土など変なこだわりがあるホテル。シャンプーにオーガニックとデカデカと書いてあるが実際はオーガニック成分配合というね！チェックイン時は狭いフロントフロアにチェックイン待ちの大勢の人で密集！当然ソーシャルディスタンスは無し(>_<)フロントスタッフはチェックイン手続きで忙*され何も対応せず。GO TO トラベルキャンペーン利用なのに何故かチェックイン時に検温、身分証確認無し。大丈夫ですかスーパーホテル？？フロントスタッフはちゃんと理解してますか？スリッパは使い捨てタイプではなく、普通のもの。ハンドソープも無し。このホテルはコロナ対策をきちんとやってるのか甚だ疑問？朝食はバイキングではなく、弁当対応。冷蔵庫はエコの為かなかなか冷えない(-_-;)飲み物のアメニティ無し、フロントで必要なものを取っていかないと部屋には歯ブラシしか無い。その歯ブラシを返却、またはマイ箸持参でお菓子プレゼントってなんだかね...微妙。

La notte scorsa ho usato la nave da crociera.１２ circa al momento, ho lasciato la valigia a Guileon Road dell'hotel e poi sono andato a visitare.La lettera della ricezione è molto buona e molto comoda.Ho usato l'autoassistenza per la prima volta all'hotel Dongjiang. La stanza è pulita come l'hotel Dongjiang ordinario.Ho passato un po'di tempo da quella stanza per vedere la direzione della strada ferroviaria.Quando ho visitato il serpente di nuovo, voglio rimanere.Ho colazione libero, quindi posso mangiare lentamente.

Il letto è il letto più adatto per me nell'hotel che ho vissuto.E'duro, ma e' un bene.
Non c'è odore di estrazione nell'acqua, il salsa è molto forte, è buono.
La colazione è molto poca, ma ha buon sapore, tutto è buono!
Uso un parcheggio distante, ma penso che l'erba sia così grande.Forse il piccolo schermo sul bagno dell'armadio è inevitabile.Il parcheggio è molto lontano, ma non mi interessa personalmente.

UUtente ospiteWe booked a Standard Double Room and were upgraded to a Club King as Bonvoy Platinum members. Our first impressions of the hotel were big, beautiful, convenient, but with minimal and stingy service. The Club King room was very nice, modern, quite large with a sofa and desk, and spacious bath. And very clean with lots of amenities. Bed was excellent. Location is very good with direct access to the station, shops, restaurants, and Takashimaya Department Store. Platinum Elite members can check in at the Club Lounge. The lounge is not too large, and I imagine it being very busy on weekends or holidays. Refreshments throughout the day are extremely minimal, just drinks and very light snacks like cookies and crackers (I would definitely not describe this as ”afternoon hors d’oeuvres” as stated on their website). The evening cocktail service is a bit more expansive with salad, 4-5 hot dishes, and dessert. I requested something vegetarian as there was nothing besides salad, and they were able to prepare a steamed vegetable plate and tiny fruit plate which were delicious but not filling, and nothing compared to the regular options available. When asked if it might be possible to prepare a main dish (something with more carbs), I was told they could either give me plain white rice or plain penne pasta with no sauce, I was told to add salt and pepper for flavor. Seriously? Would anyone feel pleased with such an offering? I obviously refused, and was left with a bitter feeling for the rest of our stay. Note that this property does not acknowledge the Marriott Platinum “Guaranteed 4 p.m. Late Checkout” benefit. We stayed on a Sunday, checking out the following Monday (not a holiday, and definitely not a peak day) but were denied late check out, only given 1:00. For a previous reservation, once again checking out on a non-peak Monday, we were also completely denied late check out (only standard 12:00 check out). To the Management of the Yokohama Bay Sheraton Hotel & Towers, I have a simple question, do you offer 4 p.m. late check-out to your Platinum Members? This is a major deciding factor for Platinum Members in choosing your hotel. Breakfast was not available in the Club Lounge, but in the buffet restaurant Compass. (Another clear indication that the Club Floor was not very busy, so why no late check out?) Breakfast here was nice, not an expansive selection, but a decent selection of both Japanese and Western dishes (but few or no vegetarian options). The orange juicer machine was especially good. Overall, this is a very nice hotel, but it does not feel like a Sheraton property as they deny Bonvoy Elite benefits when they see fit, and the service is not that of an international hotel. Elite Members are not treated as such. It feels more like a Japanese hotel that’s a step or two behind international standards. I really hope things improve as the hotel itself is very nice and we’d like to visit Yokohama again soon.

HHakucho NezumiL'hotel è molto bello, ben tenuto. La stanza era grande. Il bagno era grande anche. Il personale è cortese e utile. La posizione era grande. Nelle vicinanze della stazione ferroviaria, vicino alla metropolitana. La zona è piena di ricchezze, molti posti di pranzo e un negozio Create (mini negozio di dipartimento) è vicino all'hotel. Solo negativo per me è stato che il pub britannico davanti all'hotel stava solo brindando con persone che bevono il rumore venerdì sera quando siamo arrivati. Le prossime 3 notti erano buone, perché la zona era relativamente tranquilla. Molte persone sono ancora in giro, ma questo è stato più rassicurante di paura, perché non sembravano ubriachi.

CCleoHad a wonderful stay at Hare-Tabi! I don’t speak Japanese but the staffs were so helpful using body language + translator to make everything happen! Unlike other capsule hotels where you only have a bed size area to yourself, Hare-Tabi allows you with a bit storage/ leg room next to the bed!
Not to mention about their free sauna service included in your package ! It provides the best relaxation before/after a day of exploration around Yokohama China town. You will find some quiet time to yourself using their services here. I’m sure you will enjoy the stay or even purely just the sauna service here!

Il check-in è sì, l'ipad porta è registrato, il personale non sa dove, può entrare dopo le 4:00 p.m., anche se hai prenotato i giorni, non sarà più facile mettere il bagaglio in hotel, non personalizzarlo.
L'ambiente generale è buono. È possibile vedere l'ambiente stradale sul palco del soggiorno e scrivere.

1. During my check in, the staff kept asking me if I wanted to leave my luggage. I had no idea where this was coming from and I said I’ll take my luggage to my room. They asked me about two more times if they could keep my luggage. After this, I said no I had no luggage even though I literally had it next to me. Then they said “Ah OK, we apologize for our misunderstanding” and then gave us our key. What was this all about?
2. They don’t allow you leave your luggage after you check out. In all my life, this was the only place that had this policy.

Le capsule erano più grandi di quanto pensassi, così potevo dormire confortevolmente. Il pigiama di dimensioni libere che era fornito in una borsa di amenità era così confortevole, anche se non pensavo che fosse adatto.
Il colazione incluso è servito in un bar vicino all'hotel, e vi daranno un buono quando accederete, quindi potete solo darlo al cassiere e scegliere uno dei tre.
