Era una serata di fretta.Sono appena arrivato all'aeroporto di Pudong dall'estero. A causa degli effetti dell'esaurimento e del ritardo nel volo, ho lasciato accidentalmente una valigia contenente documenti importanti e oggetti personali sulla cintura del trasporto del bagaglio mentre raccolgo il mio bagaglio. Quando ho capito che il mio bagaglio era scomparso, ho lasciato l'aeroporto e ero pronto a riposare nel tuo hotel. In questa improvvisa situazione, mi sentivo molto ansioso e inutile, dopo tutto, le cose che ho trovato erano molto importanti per me. In desperato, ho cercato di chiedere aiuto al desk front dell'hotel. Per sorpresa, il personale del desk front non solo non ha mostrato un po' di sgarbatoezza, ma ha immediatamente mostrato un alto livello di responsabilità e professionalità. Hanno contattato rapidamente l'aeroporto e hanno chiesto in dettaglio le caratteristiche del mio bagaglio e dove è stato perso. Mentre aspettavano una risposta, il personale mi preparava un posto per riposare e mi assicurava di non preoccuparmi troppo e di fare del loro meglio per aiutarmi a recuperare il mio bagaglio. Dopo ore di sforzo e coordinamento, finalmente arrivarono buone notizie dall'hotel: il mio bagaglio era stato trovato dal personale dell'aeroporto e sarebbe stato rimpatriato all'hotel il prima possibile. Quando il bagaglio è stato rimesso in ordine nella mia stanza, vorrei esprimere la mia sincera gratitudine al personale dell'hotel, che non solo mi hanno aiutato a recuperare il bagaglio, ma mi hanno anche fornito un'esperienza di servizio inoltrabile.

I recently stayed at the Yandoo Hotel and had a positive experience. The hotel's location and ambiance was convenient. The food at the hotel was delicious with a wide varied selection of cuisine. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The hotel's facilities were well-maintained including fitness center,pool and business center. The Wi-Fi and staffs were reliable and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I would highly recommend the Yandoo Hotel to business travelers/couples/families

A very nice and spacious room with a comfortable bed and a great open view of the park and the mountains. The rooms have modern controls for the lights as well as motorized curtains, which made for convenience both when going to sleep and waking up in the morning. It was also nice that a phone charging cable with the three different adapters was provided. The bathroom is spacious and has a large sink and shower. It is nice that the shower has a choice of rainfall or regular nozzle. The shower controls were also very modern and you merely pushed the button for your preferred shower method. It seemed that the guest before me was unaware of this and had broken the temperature control and not reported it to the hotel. The front desk was quick to send a repair person who was very thorough in fixing the control. While the shower had good water pressure, it seemed at peak times that there was not enough hot water as the shower temperature was just slightly warm. To get a hot shower, I had to wait until late in the afternoon or late at night. The checkin was fast and the attendant was kind enough to honour my request for a non-smoking room on a high floor. The lobby is spacious with a nice tea area. It is also convenient to have a Starbucks inside the hotel. However, it was a bit noisy as other guests were not always mindful of the calibre of hotel they were in, which ranks in the 5 star category. It was difficult to try to get some work done with people playing videos loudly on their phones, talking on speaker phone or kids running around. This really took away from what should be a calming space. While the hotel attendants tried to maintain order, it really was a losing battle for them. The location is really dependent on what you are looking for. I found it nice to have the open park view but there are not many interesting restaurants around. For the middle eastern food, you need to bike about 1.5km. This was fine when the weather was good, but it was not convenient during the latter part of my stay when it rained all day. A few things to be aware of when booking. The breakfast was large with a lot of options but it really is a Chinese style breakfast. To call it Western and Chinese is quite misleading as there were only a few Western options, such as omelets. There is a great large screen television in the room, but only 2 or 3 English channels with the others in Chinese. There is a shuttle bus to the market, but it was a bit disappointing to learn that it only runs twice per day. The main area for the hotel to work on is its consistency of service. Some of the employees were outstanding but there seems to be a need for additional training. For example, the room came with a complimentary daily minibar, but I had to ask each day for it to be refilled. This was quite embarrassing to do, especially when the stocking was just some soft drinks with a single Tsingtao beer. Also, when I was in the toilet, one of the chefs walked out without washing his hands. While he may have washed them (hopefully) when he returned to the kitchen, he should be sure to wash them in front of guests. Lastly, the pool and fitness area seemed to require special access and the people working at the desk for the pool made me feel very uncomfortable when I wanted to see the facilities, so I just left and did not return. This was particularly disappointing because one of the reasons I booked the hotel was for these facilities. Overall it is a very nice hotel and I would book it again. But additional employee training would be appropriate so the service does not take away from what is a high quality hotel.

It was a very pleasant experience to stay at K Hotel this time! The hotel is conveniently located, has convenient transportation, and is well-equipped. The room is clean and tidy, the decoration style is modern and simple, the bedding is comfortable, and I slept soundly. The staff are enthusiastic and considerate, and the attitude is friendly, making people feel warm. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. The overall value for money is high, and it is suitable for both business travel and vacation. I will choose K Hotel again next time I come here, and strongly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is new and the room was very spacious. Bed was very comfortable and room is very cleaned. I will suggest to stay to Homes2 Suites by Hilton specifically who is coming to Yiwu for business because his location is very near International World Trade market.

Ogni volta che arriva la CCI, sceglieremo un hotel vicino al mercato. Questa volta, sceglieremo il nuovo hotel aperto. La posizione geografica è giusta per me. L'ambiente generale dell'hotel è anche buono. Anche se non ho sentito un odore di disgusto quando sono entrati nella stanza. Questo è un mio sorpresa. Le strutture della stanza sono tutte buone marchi.Salute della stanza, servizio dell'hotel è buono in tutti gli aspetti, la colazione è deliziosa e la prossima volta vengo a vivere in questa casa

Dotazioni: Un ottimo hotel, proprio accanto alla Biblioteca di Yiwu, esclusivo ed elegante. Anche la stanza è molto bella, la vetrata ha una vista di prima classe, la disposizione del bagno è abbastanza grande e le tende sono completamente automatiche. Anche la colazione è molto ricca, con molte varietà. Il parcheggio è comodo Quando c'è poca gente si può parcheggiare direttamente davanti alla porta. È molto comodo ritirare i bagagli. Tutto era perfetto fino a quel momento, ma è stato rovinato da un episodio improvviso a tarda notte. Alle 22,30 tutta la famiglia dormiva già, ma il cameriere bussò alla porta e non ottenendo risposta aprì la porta ed entrò. Mi sono svegliato e sono corso fuori velocemente, ma si è scoperto che ero qui per consegnare questo frutto di benvenuto. Il servizio era troppo entusiasta, ma era un po' tardi, quindi preferirei non averlo. Mi chiedo se una madre e una figlia dormissero nella stessa stanza nel cuore della notte, non sarebbero spaventate a morte? L'invio di frutta è una buona cosa, ma il metodo e il tempo sono davvero discutibili. Spero che incidenti simili non si ripetano in futuro!

The location was everything for me, shopping mall with all key brands in Glory mall, can walk to all market districts, the height of the hotel was awesome. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. My room was on the 29th floor, good view.

This the best hotel in the city , the Ms. Evelina always so polite and kind to support the customers I really like this hotel and always choose when I come to yiwu because the staff are very professional

Il miglior posto per soggiornare a Yiwu quando viaggiate per l'attività. È vicino al mercato di Futian, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e all'aeroporto. Il pranzo è molto buono con piatti cinesi e internazionali. Il personale è molto gentile e l'hotel in generale è molto pulito.
