Hotel con palestra a Yiwu

Viaggio spesso in Cina, e l'Hotel Kingdom è di gran lunga il mio posto preferito per soggiornare. Il servizio è davvero eccezionale ogni membro della squadra è caldo, accogliente, e sempre saluta gli ospiti con un vero sorriso. Niente è mai troppo difficile, e si vanno costantemente sopra e oltre per assicurare che il mio soggiorno sia comodo e piacevole. Le strutture dell'hotel sono impeccabilmente pulite, ben mantenute e il colazione è eccellente, offrendo una fantastica varietà di opzioni di alta qualità ogni mattina. Ho soggiornato più di dieci volte all'Hotel Kingdom, e ogni visita è stata una splendida esperienza. La combinazione di servizi eccezionali, eccellenti impianti e vera ospitalità mi mantiene tornato di nuovo. Raccomando vivamente l'Hotel Kingdom a chiunque visiti la zona.

We picked this hotel to stay at as it only opened recently. Things were fine at the start; the lobby was clean, brightly lit, and well attended to. Walking into the room revealed a fresh-looking fit-out and smooth, laundered sheets. The only thing is the room smelled faintly tainted by cigarette, the type that lingers. Though we booked non-smoking, someone had clearly smoked in there previously. What was really disappointing was the air conditioning. We had the temp set to 21 degrees the whole night, and it never dipped below 25 WITH 70% humidity. Changing the modes did nothing, and the air that came out smelled musty and mouldy. Opening the window helped a little, but it also invited in mosquitoes, all of which are ingredients for a great night’s sleep. We informed the front desk three times that night and were initially told it could only cool 5 degrees below room temp, but they later admitted the central air conditioning unit wasn’t even running—presumably to save costs. When we returned at around 5:45 on the second day, the room hadn’t been tidied and the sheets and towels weren’t changed over. We discovered this too late to change hotels and were too tired from the day’s travels, so we had to endure another night in the sauna. These issues alone make it hard to recommend, despite the nice laundry and gym facilities. Tip for future travellers:Before booking, call ahead and confirm the central air conditioning is actually running. We went through four other hotels before finding one that had it on—apparently turning it off to save costs is more common than you’d think.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno assolutamente meraviglioso in questo hotel! Dal momento in cui sono entrato, il personale mi ha accolto con sorrisi calorosi e mi ha fornito un servizio di prim'ordine. Le camere erano pulitissime, con letti comodi che hanno garantito un ottimo sonno notturno. La colazione era impressionante, offrendo un'ampia varietà di deliziose opzioni. Tornerò sicuramente!

Overall, the hotel was decent and met basic expectations. The location is convenient, as it is close to District 1, making it easy to get around. However, during the winter season, the air conditioning system operates through central ventilation, so only heating is available. The bedroom windows cannot be opened, which made the room feel stuffy, and I had to request a fan for better airflow. In addition, some amenities were not provided in the room and had to be requested from the staff. As for breakfast, there was a reasonable variety of options, and the taste was acceptable.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per alcuni giorni e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva sotto ogni aspetto. Fin dal momento dell’arrivo sono stato accolto con professionalità, cortesia e grande disponibilità da parte di tutto il personale, che si è dimostrato sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. La struttura si presenta elegante, curata e ben mantenuta. Gli ambienti comuni sono puliti e accoglienti, mentre la camera assegnata era spaziosa, luminosa e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per rendere il soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Ho particolarmente apprezzato la qualità del letto e dei cuscini, che hanno garantito un ottimo riposo dopo giornate intense di lavoro e svago. La pulizia è stata impeccabile durante tutta la permanenza. Ogni giorno la camera veniva riordinata con attenzione e precisione, contribuendo a creare una sensazione costante di benessere e comfort. Un altro punto di forza è sicuramente la colazione. Il buffet offre una vasta scelta di prodotti dolci e salati, tutti freschi e di qualità. Dalla pasticceria ai piatti caldi, passando per frutta fresca e bevande, ogni ospite può trovare facilmente qualcosa di adatto ai propri gusti. La posizione dell’hotel rappresenta un ulteriore vantaggio, in quanto consente di raggiungere comodamente le principali attrazioni della zona, nonché ristoranti, negozi e mezzi di trasporto. Questo rende la struttura ideale sia per chi viaggia per turismo sia per chi si sposta per motivi professionali. Nel complesso, si tratta di un hotel che offre un eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo, caratterizzato da servizi di alto livello, ambienti confortevoli e uno staff sempre disponibile. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque sia alla ricerca di un soggiorno piacevole e senza pensieri. Sicuramente tornerò in futuro e la raccomanderò ad amici e familiari.

An excellent experience, first time in Yiwu. The awesome service from check-in to departure was well managed. Doris at front desk did an awesome job, ensuring that all my needs were cared. The hotel location is perfect for my short stay visiting some of the different districts. The hotel facilities provided were great. Buffet breakfast was awesome. A Home Away From Home for Families I have stayed in three different hotels across various cities in China so far, but the staff service and hospitality at the Borrman Hotel Yiwu is truly next-level. They set a professional standard that is hard to match. I was traveling with my young child, and the entire team—from the front desk to housekeeping and management—went completely out of their way to make us feel welcome. Every single time we came downstairs, the staff would play with my kid and shower them with so much love, affection, and gifts like candies, chocolates, fruits, and toys (which we are happily carrying back with us to India!). A few special shout-outs to the incredible team members who made our stay unforgettable: Wendy & Quinn: They provided out-of-the-box support when we completely ran out of diapers late in the evening. Finding none nearby, they personally took it upon themselves to arrange and get them for us. That is true dedication to guest comfort. Sherry: Because the hotel is conveniently located near the busy market, Sherry thoughtfully upgraded our room to a much quieter area so my baby could sleep peacefully without any noise disruption. Hanling & Juan Juan: They helped us figure out multiple things during our stay and handled everything with grace. They took such amazing care of my child, playing with them every time we passed through the lobby. Ping Ping & the Housekeeping Team: Ping Ping and another wonderful lady in housekeeping (whose name I unfortunately missed) provided flawless, top-tier service every day. The location is absolutely perfect if you are visiting the market, but it is the genuine warmth and pro-level hospitality of the staff that makes this place a gem. I will absolutely, without a doubt, stay only at this property every single time I visit Yiwu. Thank you, Borrman Hotel team, for taking such incredible care of my family!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I stayed at Xizi Libai International Hotel for 3 nights on my first visit, and overall it was a positive experience. The location is excellent, situated between Futian 2 and Futian 3, which makes it very convenient. The staff are extremely friendly. Although they don’t speak English, they genuinely try their best to communicate in any way possible, which I really appreciated. Access to the upper floors is smooth and efficient. The room was very spacious with a great view. Cleanliness was acceptable, though it could be improved. I stayed in room 1103, and one of the marble tiles in the shower floor was broken, which was a bit uncomfortable. There is a fridge in the room, which is a big plus. Also, the hotel offers a good number of washing machines and dryers, which is very convenient. Check-out was easy and quick. However, during peak hours (5–7 PM), it was difficult to get a DiDi ride. I would recommend this hotel to others. There are also some halal restaurants nearby, which is a great advantage.
