Risposta dalla struttura: 非常抱歉給您帶來不愉快的入住體驗，首先酒店的早餐都是新鮮食材，考慮到外國客人的口味，從隔壁米特餐飲（VATAN）聘請的外賓廚師，酒店早餐在預訂頁面就已告知是7:30-9:30，考慮到外賓客人的生活習慣，中東餐食延長到10點。酒店本就是普通的商務酒店，如果需要運營至中午早餐，您可以預訂萬豪或者香格里拉，那邊的配置會更符合您的需求。在同等價位中，本酒店性價比屬於高的，但無法提供到五星酒店同樣的配置，辛苦理解。是否是因為雙床續住，您訂購了價格更便宜的大床，需要補30元差價，讓您不高興了，連續給酒店兩條惡意差評呢？同時查詢到您7月份也在本酒店入住了4天，如果酒店真的很差勁，相信您不會9月份再次入住Dear Guest,Thank you for your feedback, and I sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience you had during your stay with us. Our breakfast hours, as indicated on the booking page, are from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM, with an extension to 10:00 AM for Middle Eastern dishes to accommodate the preferences of our guests.Please understand that we are a standard business hotel, and while we aim to offer high value at our price point, we may not have the same amenities as five-star establishments. If you're looking for a breakfast service that extends to noon, you might find Marriott or Shangri-La more to your liking.It seems that you are unhappy because you were charged an extra 30 yuan due to a room change from a large bed to a double bed for your extended stay, which led you to leave two malicious reviews for the hotel. Moreover, I see that you stayed with us for four days in July, and if the hotel was truly unsatisfactory, it’s unlikely you would choose to return in September.
