It’s very good service we will be here next time when we in Yichang

This hotel isn’t bad. It’s clean but you can see that it’s a bit old. Located in the city center, around 20 mins from the railway, very convenient to travel around Yichang. Also it’s written that they have western breakfasts, but they don’t.

Wery nice and good service hotel

It was a really cool place with cool services and amenities.

Will be nice to have bench to put luggage and simple wardrobe. Room cleanliness need to improve.

Good little hotel in Yichang. We got off the river cruise and needed somewhere to stay until the train the next day. Clean, comfortable and good location. Would stay again.

Service of the Front desk reception was Very Unfriendly and unhelpful with "I don't Care a Damn" attitude especially the evening staff who was more interested in playing on their phones rather than attending to me even after requesting them in Chinese. Even morning staff did not help when I asked them to help me to book a taxi as I was running short of time to catch my scheduled train. They asked me wait outside and find a taxi myself. Had to navigate myself. No breakfast available even though it was advertised that breakfast could be brought by paying the breakfast charge and No one to tell me the same. Location was Ok and not too far from the CBD or city centre. Right side of the corner had some amenities and stationary like pen, paper cup, hand wipes. Barring the service of the hotel staff, the price of the Room and hotel location were Ok.

The hotel is amazing. The receptionist is friendly.

Cheap and cheerful hotel for one night only. Air conditioner was very noisy. Close to some cafes and bars and the staff at reception were very friendly.

The service was nice. Everyone was so wonderful recommend if you go to Yichang.

服務：服務特別好非常滿意，前台的小姐姐們特別親切，服務熱情，看我們帶着孩子和很多行李有幫助我們拿行李和按電梯，熱情地給我們介紹酒店的服務，感覺很棒！早餐的服務人員也很熱情，對我們和寶寶都很照顧。 衞生：打掃很乾凈，布草間的阿姨也很熱情打招呼，不過還是建議能增加一次性馬桶套就更好了。 設施：應該是前些年的酒店了，所以硬件設施略顯陳舊，不過好在乾淨整潔，感受也還是不錯，建議大門廳外能增加斜坡方便行李搬運以及嬰兒車上下，建議大廳可以增加一個小型搬運行李的行李車，對於行李比較多的客人會友好一些 環境：停車很方便，周邊配套也很完善，很多餐廳餐館，而且門口的包子鋪牛肉紅油包子味道就不錯

酒店的前台工作人員超級熱情，特別表揚橙子和桃子葡萄，親切温柔。她們每一個微笑、每一次問候，都如春風拂面，讓人倍感親切，就像鄰家大姐姐，有求必應，前台百寶箱日常用品非常方便。主動提供，睡眠比較淺，主動提供了眼罩和耳塞減少噪音，房間也是免費升級了。地理位置更是絕絕子，距離CBD購物中心非常方便，逛街都超方便。總之這次的入住體驗非常好
