Great location. Best view from room. Minus point from shower water that a bit too slow and take time a while to be warmed.

Wifi is bad to non-existent! Horrible sound transmission - you are out of luck if the room next to you is occupied. The one big positive is great location!

The staff was friendly , room was clean , nice location, the parking was offsite but very close and low rate.

As a family of 4 traveling, we found the room perfect to accommodate all of us. The staff member who checked us in and out was lovely - friendly and helpful. We did not include breakfast with our stay, but changed our minds the next morning and she was incredibly kind and pleasant about accommodating our last minute change. The location of the hotel was perfect - overlooking the lake and with many dining options nearby as well as transportation stops close by. The walk to/from the train station was super quick as well. We had a very nice stay and would definitely return!

Great stay, but no lights in the hallway. Was very dark departing in the early morning.

Very convenient location - easy walk from the train station. Lots of shops and restaurants, just know that on Sundays many of the shops and restaurants are closed. The walk along Lake Geneva is beautiful. Easy to get to The Queen Museum (not that big, but interesting) and Freddie Mercury's statue.

Rooms are sizable, plsinly furnished, but have all the facilities you need. We had a nice outdoor bslcony with seats and table, and view of the lake, and mountains beyond. The TV had all the British main channels. Rather good breakfast for the price, though no hot food (apart from porridge). Overall, a very pleasant place to stay.

Check-in system on-line cumbersome and ultimately non-functional. Had to completely redo at hotel even though completed prior. Breakfast denied day two though paid for (ultimately refunded). Late checkout awarded at front desk but keys not updated so locked out of room. Hotel safe and comfortable but front desk service inadequate.

Overall, I won't suggest this hotel. The mirror fell on the ground when we were in the room. The restroom door couldn't be closed properly and wouldn't be able to lock the door. Housekeeping only placed the duvet covers and there were no duvet inside.

Our room had a wonderful view of the lake. The hotel was older but had a portable AC unit that worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. Exceeded my expectations.

Perfect location. Price point is spot on for the product. Everything is walking distance.
