Hotel in zona Kara Bala, Yerevan

L’hotel si trova molto vicino alla famosa piazza della Repubblica. Ottimo per spostarsi nelle varie direzioni della città. La camera confortevole, spaziosa e pulita. La colazione abbondante servita nel attico al 12esimo piano che, grazie al meteo clemente, si poteva gustare anche sui tavoli allestiti all’aperto nella spaziosa terrazza con vista sul monte Ararat. Il Personale gentile, attento e disponibile all’esigenze degli ospiti. Consigliato.

Upon arrival to Yerevan our driver was directed to an address other the one I had booked with close proximity to Republic Square. Landlord carried our luggage's up from back alley of a restaurant, metal door cement stairs, and showed us his unit trying to promote it. After long arguments we agreed to stay three days. This was my first visit to homeland and it took me time to recover from the shock. At noon and after we checked out, next landlord called to tell us the address is going to be other the one we had booked online too. At this point, it was clear this was organized online hack of system or bookings. I told the landlord we are heading to the booked address to meet us there. We had luggage's and it started to rain. I had to let my daughter watch the luggage's at Republic square and walk to the unit where the second booking was. Two security guards approached us took the phone and gave it back saying you have no booking here. Four hours back and forth with no place to stay and under the rain in foreign land with my husband shivering under the tree and daughter stunned at the unprofessional behavior's of the people who are supposed to be in hospitality business and me running around looking for a place to stay and at the point of giving up, our path crossed with Manager of National Hotel, Sophia. Suddenly, we were at the care of a professional in hotel management and hospitality expert. She matched the price we were going to pay and gave us a unit on the spot. National hotel staff were ready to help us with different services and we settled down at a great location with all the amenities a tourist requires resting and catching up with where we left off. Next think we know, we are on a tour bus, touring the whole city. We met all kinds of people who made a difference. Sophia was the first to remind us that she was there for us if we needed anything. Pleasant to talk to, showed empathy, was responsive to our needs in a way that we decided to stick around and go nowhere else during the term of our visit. Fortunately we were able to cancel our next booking as well which had all of a sudden dropped from the list of ***********. I will follow up and investigate this further but in the meantime I owe Sophia a big thank you. I thank God for this miracle. I recommend the National Hotel and you can depend on it's manager Sophia. You will not be disappointed. Also, don't trust online booking as pictures you see might not exist and alternative solutions might not be what you were promised in the first place. Not all hotels provide same standard of service. We were lucky to end up with one that has high standards to deliver and commi**ent to satisfy visitors. We are forever gratefull. Отличный хостел в центре. Доброжелательный персонал. Распечатали посадочный. Завтрак - шведский стол, выше всяких похвал. Можно выпить чай, кофе в течение дня. Есть вода питьевая. В общих комнатах есть занавески на двухярусных кроватях. Чистота в общих зонах. На кухне можно приготовить/разогреть свою еду.

La prima buona impressione è arrivata dall'accoglienza con il loro approccio disponibile e professionale. La camera era spaziosa e confortevole. L'hotel non ha risparmiato sul caffè/tè al bar. La posizione è ottima con una bella vista sulla chiesa Zoravor Surp Astvatsatsin.

Questo hotel è nuovo ma la posizione non era nel centro della città , è 15 minuti a piedi o 45 minuti a piedi al centro, tuttavia c’è 5 minuti a piedi da Metro. Ho prenotato una stanza standard w/out colazione o mangiare così non ho commento sul cibo. In generale, la mia esperienza in questo hotel è classificata 4star, mi ha piacevolmente sorpreso dal livello di servizio e alloggi forniti a un prezzo così basso. Raccomanderò questo hotel a amici e a famiglia e mi aspetto di rimanere con loro di nuovo in futuro.
