Un po' fuori mano e alcune strade intorno non sono buone, ma è vicino all'ambasciata, quindi non può essere poi così male. Proseguire dritto lungo la strada fino al Parco della Vittoria. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Nessuna lamentela. Felice di aver soggiornato lì dato il prezzo. Viaggiavo da solo

Ужасный отель. По описанию вроде недалеко от центра, по факту это нетак. Ужасный завтрак. В номере не было фена и полотенец. Но благо это быстро решили. Чистота номера не смотря на его огромные размеры оставляет желать лучшего…

前台小哥很熱心。。。我英語不是很好，遇到租房等問題的時候。小哥還是會很有耐心的協助我處理。哈哈哈哈。

Отель не в центре, но легко доехать на автобусе 26 или Яндекс такси за 150-200 рублей (оплата в приложении любой картой). Номер большой, новый, чистый. Всё есть. Не хватает только локального освещения для уюта, и вид из окна на свалку. Очень понравился завтрак. Бассейн ещё не достроен (на фото).

Все было просто на высоте! Отличное обслуживание. Уютный чистый отель. Правда бассейн не работал (ремонт). Очень хороший и вкусный завтрак. Рекомендую

В одну сторону можно дойти до центра мин за 40 , обратно только на такси . Отель новый , комнаты просторные , интернет хороший . Почему то нет чайника . Неплохой завтрак для 2 звезд .

Beautiful hotel with nice swimming pool. Very nice in summer time. Located near the Victory park. Good to walk in the evening. In the morning may visit mother Armenia and enjoy the city view with Mount Ararat. Good service. Prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and helpfull. Recommended for friends and families.

Great hotel we stayed 3 nights everything was nice neat & clean , we would like to give suggestion for Breakfast which is very limited if they will add more dishes or more option for food that will be great , rest everything was so good , thanks to housekeeping staff for cleaning & making our room everyday . Keep it up hope we will see you soon again .

Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Sahak and Narek at the front desk. They were always ready to help us in everything. The breakfast was delicious, too. Definitely when we come back to Yerevan, we will stay at Primer Hotel again.

Disaster... Extremely bad smell...Ac not working...Very dirty rooms... Pathetic breakfast no variety at all...toilets not operating properly...Has gone with family they suffered a lot..Dont book een if you get it for free...worst experience ever !!!

the perfect thing about this hotel was the price. first of all it was far from the center. taking car (we used yandex) to the center was between 800 to 1800 dram depending on time. 10 min of walking to the icon of city. just across there is a nice supermarket. for exchange you should walk 20 min to Yerevan supermarket. the room was quite large but no window to the out! just has a window to the hall. the room hadn't hairdryer. we asked for sleepers, the first time given, the second was told we didn't have! no one came for cleaning in 4 days. the breakfast was really poor. Don't even count on that.

This place was pretty standard. AC in the room and the room was really clean. The staff were polite and helpful. The location was very good, a 10 minute taxi ride into the centre of Yerevan. Also, very close to Victory park. The pool is small but nice.
