Great location near the Leeds Bradford airport. Room was welcoming and comfortable.

We wanted a central place to stay for a family party in north Leeds. We booked an accessible room and the room was fine but only had a 4.6 bed for 2 and a low bath and no shower. We mentioned this to Andy the duty manager and after one night he managed to move us to a room with a super king bed and an accessible shower. We really appreciated this. The breakfast was ample and our party was very enjoyable

On arrival at our pre booked stay ( holiday extras ) we were greeted by Andy (andy pandy ) at reception on our check-in, he took the time to explain everything, he answered all our questions and nothing was too much trouble for him, all in all a really nice check-in, cheers Andy .6th May 2024

Lovely welcome from Andy Pandy, clean hotel, nice room with comfy bed & pillows, the room had everything you need, kettle, tea & coffee, had the best sleep & the restaurant next door had a good selection of food & drink, we booked here to visit the Emmerdale tour & it was only a 20 minute drive from there.

We checked in quite late and were greeted by Andy (Pandy). He was was cheerful, friendly and efficient. Great credit to the business.

The hotel is clean and comfortable but it’s the staff who make it a five star review. Claire on reception was working on her own but nothing was too much trouble for her and always had a smile. She found time to make up an additional bed in our room and print out tickets for us and when the vending machine couldn’t dispense water she gave us a bottle for our room. Great stay.

Really nice stay, ideal distance from the airport to start out holiday. Ample parking space a short distance from the hotel. No issues finding the place either. Special shout-out to AndyPandy on reception, couldn't have asked for a better welcome! Fantastic chap!

Came here for an overnight prior to early flight from LBA. Usual basic but spotless and efficient Premier Inn. Great welcome from Andy Pandy on Reception. Definitely come again. Shame about the introduction of parking charges, didn’t used to be this way.

Heating wasn't working, too late to move rooms as baby was asleep. Someone walking above me for 3 hours straight from 2am! Other than that was ok
