This hotel is top of class in service and quality. My experience was superb. The breakfast was fantastic and staff is top of class

Despite the plain exterior the main lobby has an early 20th century European aesthetic. Cigars, pipes and all kinds of smoking paraphernalia is available for purchase, but as far as I could tell smoking is not allowed in the lobby. The gym is simple, but very clean and inviting. Hadn’t had the chance to check the restaurant as I ate out, but I did enjoy the speciality coffee available en suite. A very nice touch. Would definitely recommend and if I am ever again in Yantai this is the place I’ll stay at. Also, they have a robot that takes up a lot of space in the elevator. I call him Arturito (R2D2)

I have stayed here 3 times. It is in a terrific location in Yantai near the ocean, pubs & restaurants, and tourist sites. It is definitely good value. The breakfast is quite good. The hotel was refurbished a few years ago and is in great condition. I absolutely recommend it and I will return.

A superb clean room , very good breakfast foods combination of west n east choices. Front staff Krystal was very helpful with good advise on places of interest to visit. A perfect for holiday travellers.

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The lobby looks amazing and is a must visit if you are a cigar and whisky fan. The breakfast was decent but sadly the room service food was quite bad (despite there being a snow storm) and I had no other option for food.

the hotel and the rrom were perfect. the room was big with a lot of space, quiet and well equipped. I recommend it.

衞生：很乾凈 衞生間用品很齊全 設施：商務房還挺寬敞，還有香薰，咖啡～房間氛圍感很好。 環境：一樓環境很好，特意體驗了一下雪茄/酒吧，基本的威士忌，紅酒都有的，晚上都不用去酒吧啦。 店內的小姐姐服務很好，細心周到。

第一次住煙台的桔子水晶，其實本來想住萬豪希爾頓的，但是那些都在開發區太遠了，這家位置比較好在市區離火車站煙台山都很近，另外其實我覺得性價比挺高的，比那些老的五星強多了，設施非常不錯，服務也很好，咖啡紅酒都有，還可以自己做手沖，早餐也很豐盛，我覺得非常值。

本次來煙台也是比較隨機的，給自己定的計劃是一年要去一個自己喜歡的城市，這幾天看了看煙台的天氣非常不錯，又不想趕上五一的人流高峯，果斷選擇訂車票，訂酒店，終於可以吃飯心心念唸的蓬萊小麪，海腸撈飯啦[呲牙] 無意中在攜程上看到了這家酒店，提示距離煙台山，朝陽街比較近，而且距離煙台站打車衹要10分鐘。 看到這家店還是網紅打卡酒店，歐式風格，比較容易拍照出片，所以我就果斷的定了這家酒店。 首先説一下這家店的服務： 這家店門口站着一個帥氣小哥，發現我拖着皮箱準備進酒店，就過來幫我拎箱子，到了前台，三位美女給我倒了一杯他們自己做的檸檬茶，還挺好喝的。 再説一下這家店的房間，酒店是21年開業的，但是一點都不舊，房間最讓我驚訝的是房間有贈送的餅乾，可樂和蘇打水，電視還可以投屏，這個對於我來説太棒了。 最最要推薦的來了：讓我最驚訝的就是他家的早餐了，攜程預訂贈送早餐，本來打算隨便吃點，沒想到，居然有煙台當地的名吃：海腸撈飯，鮁魚水餃，鮮肉小混沌，水煮大蝦，我去，海鮮吃到飽[呲牙][呲牙][呲牙]，省了我出去吃飯的錢了，點贊。聽餐廳的阿姨説海腸撈飯今天衹是試吃，五一要給客人上的[抱拳][抱拳]，老闆大氣。 再來説一下他家的交通，那是相當哇塞，出門走路五分鐘進入朝陽街，這裏現在比較商業化了，不過是一個拍照打卡的好地方，往裡走就可以進入煙台山景區了，看看夕陽，吹吹海風，挺好，放鬆疲憊的身心。 這家酒店的服務真心真心真心沒話説，臨走還給我送了小零食，咖啡，這是讓我想不到的，回去我要把我的遊記裏面添加這家酒店分享給我的好朋友。 祝酒店五一生意興隆[呲牙][呲牙]
