The hotel is pretty well located. Only a few hundred metres away from the Base Centre. Breakfast included and pretty well balance of dietary foods. I love the onsen

Overall the experience was average. For the same price at other hotels I've been to, the service, room quality would have been much better. The facilities are generally aged. The room was old a bit dusty and some parts of the tatami floor had sunken in. Service was pleasant. Few important things to note: - poor ventilation at meal times meany the whole hotel and your room would smell like meat. - shuttle service only for to and from the bus station. (Most other hotels provide shuttles to the ski lifts) - the ski lifts are about 10-15mins walk away with full gear on (boards, etc)

Stayed 3 nights for skiing. Customer service was exceptional and sincere. Enjoyed breakfast and dinner throughout our stay. Highly recommended。

There is shuttle bus to pick up from Zao Onsen bus station to hotel anytime. However, only two time slot for shuttle bus to pick up from Hotel to Zao Onsen bus station. They will not entertain any request to drop off at bus station if you missed this timing. Staff is not friendly in this hotel. 1. Telling us there is no private onsen. When we check with the night shift staff, there is one more slot for private onsen. 2. Requesting customer to sit down if we want to drink water in the lobby. Reason being that we will be blocking other customer to take the drink. However, they is no other customer there besides us.

Great onsen, good breakfast and dinner, Locate at mountain, a bit far if no car.

Great service and atmosphere

開始在藏王温泉站接送有點小插曲，接線的英文不是很好，最後都接到！然後酒店比較舊，但是很乾凈！最後一天準備走的時候問是否需要去車站接客人，然後剛好幫我們接送到車站，所以來回包接送服務很好！

服務欠佳，沒有郵件又難溝通所以很難叫到酒店的接駁車，幸好遇上了一對老夫婦幫忙打電話聯絡酒店人員才能順利坐上酒店接駁車去酒店，第二天在酒店需要乘坐接駁車下山結果櫃枱説目前衹有他一人工作所以載不了叫我拉着行李自己走路下山...要乘搭接駁車衹有早上2段時間能坐接駁車下山所以不是任何時刻能坐接駁車要去的人必須問清楚櫃枱不然就得自己走路了。乾淨程度也不好，一進房間桌子上就有上個住客吃完東西后的漬殘留在桌子上，完全沒有擦過，廁所和洗臉盆也有頭髮殘留沒有處理乾淨...

快要萬元台幣一個晚上的飯店 1. 櫃檯的經理、主管都非常不禮貌，反而一般員工還會笑咪味 2. 太舊了，房間牆壁破洞 3. 房間燈都有蜘蛛網 4. 最誇張的是蜘蛛直接從床墊、枕頭爬岀來

以前從來不寫評論，感覺浪費時間，這次得客觀寫下 缺點 1、房間非常老舊，感覺90年代的 2、確實如網友所説滿屋子一樓烤肉味 3、前台那個大叔（最差勁的就是這位）真是一點服務意識沒有哈，目前遇到日本是最差的一位，這個非常影響體驗，後面一系列都跟他有關：別的酒店都是提前到牌子接車，他們得聯繫半天現場再出發。行李特別多，眼睛看着你搬行李上車，不幫忙 5、到了酒店借碗盛東西，不借，很難想象 6、走的時候下午實際沒有送車，他們開車一分鐘送到車站不願送，下山路滑行李多下山非常危險，我還摔了一下。 7、照片的温泉照片實際是別的店的，衹有一個池子是他們的，別的酒店温泉當然可以去，得穿越好多酒店，實際不會去，感覺被照騙了。 8、我們連住了4天房間衹給倒垃圾，別的什麼都不給收拾，國內很難想象。 哎！ 攜程客服挺好，遇到事都積極溝通，奈何店家有點欺客。

整體感覺酒店很舊，服務也很一般，一進門大廳光線很暗，顯得酒店更加老舊。4分的環境是給温泉的，温泉有室內室外兩個，泡個温泉相當舒服。總之，當時因為訂不到其他地方選了這裏，幸好衹住了一晚

房間有個榻榻米，很寬敞。離藏王滑雪場很近，走路10分鐘，雪景很美，趕上下大雪，漫天飛舞的雪花❄，非常浪漫。

位置離滑雪場有點遠，去上之臺要8分鐘左右，去中央要10分鐘。但有酒店停車場可以開車往返到滑雪場。 溫泉很好很舒服，食物也很好吃。畢竟旅館很有歷史，設備有點舊，但是也很乾淨。

ちょうど紅葉が綺麗な時期で、雰囲気のある和室でゆっくり過ごせて良かったです。 温泉もとろとろでした◎
