"La stanza dell'hotel è molto nuova e pulita. È molto vicino alla grande 2p. Il furgone di estate è arrivato fino alle otto di sera. Il direttore ha visto la macchina uscire subito per aiutare a prendere il bagaglio. La cena è piena di fiocchi, verdure e fiocchi del ristorante al primo piano. Il servizio è molto entusiasta! I bambini sono un po'alti e l'hotel aiuta a gestire il problema in tempo. Assorbire ossigeno ai bambini. Le forniture di letto e la camera sono ancora buone. Siamo tutti molto sicuri. La profondità del riposo è buona. Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. Anche se i due giorni sono per le ragioni meteo, non ho visto le stelle, ma il corridoio del fiume aggiunto dall'altra parte dell'hotel è molto adatto per un passo in tempo di tramonto. "是雙橋溝附近最好的民宿，剛開業價格也很實惠，用餐和出行都很方便，這個村子環境相對較好，道路都是新修的，自駕完全沒問題，民宿有停車場也很方便。內部可以用餐解決了吃飯問題，提供了下午茶和手打酥油茶體驗項目，不去景區的那天也很好的在民宿打發了時間，主要在房間拍照真的蠻好看的 對面就是綠油油的山 老闆叫冬天再來看，一起床對面就是雪山，很期待！"

The room we stayed in had a bathtub right by the window, and when you looked outside, you could see the mountains and the river—so beautiful! During our 4-day, 3-night stay, we experienced both snowy views and views of the melting snow, giving us a variety of atmospheres. Every corner was perfect for taking photos, and in the mornings, we could just lie in bed and enjoy the view.

In the room, there’s a bed that you can adjust to make it warm, so the bed stays cozy. The bathroom also has a heating system, which was great because it was below freezing when we went. After coming back from the cold outdoors, taking a warm shower was absolutely wonderful!
The bathtub is the highlight of the room! Soaking in warm water while enjoying the beautiful view was totally worth it.
They provide all the basic amenities you might need, and if you’re missing anything, you can pick it up at the lobby. They have a table with various items (near the ”wish tree”) that you can take for free. Or you can message them on WeChat to request anything. Upon check-in, the staff will serve you tea and snacks and ask to add you on WeChat for easier communication since they speak very little English. Communicating via WeChat was very easy and convenient, and they were very quick to respond and always offered help.
The lobby has a fireplace, cozy seating, a dining table, and sometimes in the evenings, they play music or karaoke.
The rooftop on the 5th floor has a place to sit and enjoy the view, along with a washing machine and drying racks, which is great for those staying for an extended period.

The hotel is a bit off the main road, but the service is excellent. There are three staff members: a woman, a man (probably the owner), and a housekeeper. The woman takes care of everything from check-ins to preparing breakfast (which you can request for an additional 28 RMB per person), and even dinner. During our stay, we wanted to go somewhere, and if she was free, she offered to pick us up and drop us off. The care and attention were top-notch!
---- A Lovely Experience ----
The woman who took care of us was really sweet. When we went to the Four Sisters Mountain, she helped us book a car for 15 RMB per person. On the way back, I didn’t book a ride because I wasn’t sure when we’d leave the park, and I thought I could easily grab a Didi taxi. But I was wrong! I couldn’t find a Didi near the park, and to make matters worse, my phone died (from taking too many pictures). I ended up walking around trying to find a taxi, showing the hotel card and gesturing to the drivers that I needed to go back to the hotel. I finally found a taxi that agreed to take me back for the same price (15 RMB per person). The taxi dropped us off close to the hotel but got stuck behind a snowplow, so we had to walk the rest of the way. On the way, we spotted the hotel car and the woman who had been worried and looking for us. She was about to drive to the park to pick us up because she hadn’t heard from us, and we hadn’t replied to her messages. It was such a touching moment when she found us! 🥹

If you’re looking for a place with amazing views, great prices, spacious and clean rooms, and service that feels like family, I highly recommend this hotel. Even though the location is a bit off the main road (and there aren’t many shops nearby), it’s definitely worth it. I’m planning to return for sure!

The interior design of the room was both beautiful and thoughtfully done, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Every detail in the room reflected care and style, and the amenities provided were complete and well-considered.
The hotel’s shared living room was another highlight — tastefully decorated and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was also a lovely surprise: nicely presented, delicious, and clearly prepared with care.
One of the most heartwarming parts of our stay was meeting three friendly furry companions — the owner’s Husky and the two neighbor’s Golden Retriever. All the dogs were gentle and playful, bringing a unique warmth to our stay.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and kind, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, this hotel offered not just a place to stay, but a memorable and heartfelt experience. We’d gladly return and highly recommend it to others.

Il personale parla molto bene l'inglese, che ha reso la comunicazione facile e confortevole.
Sul piano terra c'è un bel caffè e un ristorante a caldo. Sono anche serviti di carne di yak! Raccomando fortemente di provare il yak yogurt è delizioso e considerato una specialità locale.In mattinata, l'hotel offre semplice pasti mono-pranzo come riso o noodles. La sera serve anche piatti di riso e set di hotpot.
Oltre all'hotel, c'è un negozio di comodità. Se avete bisogno di ossigeno contenente, l'hotel può aiutare a organizzarlo per voi e è più economico di acquistare dal negozio di comodità.
Non c'è aria condizionata, solo riscaldatori nella stanza, che è solitamente sufficiente a causa del clima freddo.L'hotel offre anche il deposito dei bagagli, e possono aiutare a organizzare il trasporto al parco nazionale o anche prenotare autobus di ritorno a Chengdu.

UUtente ospiteIl nostro soggiorno qui era assolutamente di ogni penny. Dalla nostra arrivo, siamo stati impressionati dal calore e dall'attenzione dell'intera squadra. Il servizio è andato oltre e sopra ogni membro del personale è stato incredibilmente amichevole, offrendo un buon consiglio su dove visitare Chengdu, e anche con pensiero preparato una bottiglia di ossigeno per il nostro viaggio al parco nazionale.
Un’attenzione particolare è stata la gestione dell’hotel che ci offre personalmente una guida al parco nazionale un gesto inaspettato e generoso che ha reso il nostro viaggio ancora più confortevole e memorabile.
La prima notte, abbiamo goduto di un delizioso hotpot all'hotel, e la seconda notte, abbiamo provato altri piatti cinesi ogni pasto era autentico e assolutamente delizioso.
La nostra stanza era spaziosa, pulita e con una vista stupenda, rendendola un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi dopo un giorno completo di esplorazione.
Questo è stato senza dubbio una delle migliori esperienze dell'hotel che abbiamo mai avuto. Abbiamo lasciato con cuore pieno e memorie sorprendenti. Molto consiglia a chiunque visita Chengdu ci piacerebbe tornare di nuovo!

Abbiamo visitato la metà di marzo e siamo stati salutati dalla neve. Una vera esperienza magica per una famiglia di un paese forestale piovoso. Svegliarsi fino a montagne in bianco era inoltrabile.
Purtroppo, la fortuna non era del tutto da parte nostra, poiché il secondo giorno la zona scenica era chiusa a causa della tempesta di neve, che ha modificato i nostri piani di spedizione, ma non ci dispiace rimanere qui. Nonostante il freddo, la calda ospite del personale ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero piacevole.
Il direttore ci ha aiutato a guidare su cosa preparare il nostro viaggio, e siamo stati anche aggiornati in una stanza con la migliore vista, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale.
La mattina dopo, abbiamo avuto un buon colazione prima di partire, ma non c'era nessun autobus turistico per portarci all'ingresso, ma hanno organizzato una macchina privata per noi e hanno contattato il nostro conducente per assicurarci una buona partenza.

UUtente ospiteHo cercato molti posti online e alla fine ho scelto questo. L'hotel è situato nella zona sospesa di Changpinggou e non è consentito l'accesso alle auto private. L'hotel ha predisposto un'auto speciale per venirvi a prendere al parcheggio. Guardare le stelle è un B&B che ci ha stupito. L'ambiente è davvero bellissimo. Dalla stanza puoi vedere la vista panoramica del monte Siguniang. Puoi vedere le montagne innevate e le praterie ovunque è davvero comodo.
Le aree comuni dell'hotel sono molto pulite e c'è anche una speciale piattaforma panoramica per osservare le montagne innevate. Ci sono molte case ecologiche originali nella zona circostante e i pastori allevano molti cavalli e yak nella zona. La governante dell'hotel Ah Xing ci ha contattato in anticipo e ci ha suggerito di preparare alcune compresse di glucosio per via orale. Ci ha anche consigliato premurosamente di visitare la zona panoramica di Shuangqiaogou. Siamo corsi in hotel durante l'ora di cena e abbiamo assaggiato la speciale zuppa di pollo e altri contorni. Ogni camera dell'hotel è dotata di un concentratore di ossigeno per evitare ipossia e ipersensibilità.
Ho soggiornato solo per una notte a causa del mio programma, il che è stato un po' dispiaciuto. Ho anche ricevuto un diffusore di aromaterapia gratuito al momento del check-out, il che è stato davvero unico. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci la prossima volta.

AainaaI had a very great experience during my stay, this hotel is 5 star!!! No no no, 10 star! They have everything, very helpful in everything. I’m from Malaysia, staying here only for one night, i wanna extend one more night but they’re full because i came during golden week :( but if i come back, definitely will stay in here. I love here so much. The room is huge! Can you imagine 2 big bed for 2 person? Dayuum! Jackpot! Floor heating and water heater is function very well. Even we have language barrier here since im the only Malay i think!?!?! But, no problem at all! They have oxygen tank, massage chair, lounge area at level 5 to see the view. I lost my words, everything was so perfect.

Before arriving in the Siguniang Mountain area, the sweet meimei contacted us in advance to make sure we had the exact address of the homestay, since it’s located halfway up the mountain. Eventually, she picked us up in Siguniang town and even brought us to lunch before heading up.
The homestay is located in a local village halfway up the mountain. The area is still developing, so it might seem a bit messy around the surroundings, but it didn’t affect the awesomeness of our stay at Feeling Mountain. They even upgraded us to a room with a better view, where we could see Mount Siguniang directly from our window. The room wasn’t super spacious, but it was sparkling clean and so cozy! (Not to mention the super comfortable bed!)
We were always being fed by meimei, haha. We loved the warm teas and the apple passion fruit—so good!
The BBQ dinner was great, and we got to enjoy it in the living room area with a view of the snow-covered mountains.
There’s an adorable dog named Jiujiu (久久) and a cutie cat named Shiyi (十一)—we loved their company too.
The photo with two dogs is from the lovely café nearby, just a 2-minute walk away, where Jiujiu’s “girlfriend” lives, haha.
Overall, the experience was superb, and we totally enjoyed our stay at Feeling Mountain Homestay. We absolutely loved it and hope to visit again in the future!

GGine HuiThe stay was ok. The hotel staff were not that friendly and helpful. The staff didn't greet us whenever they saw us during our 2 nights stay there. It is a small property and we were probably the only few customers there and yet it felt like we're were strangers to them. There is no elevator and we had to lug our luggage up to the 4th floor where our room was. Likewise we need to carry them down from our room when we checked out. If you need suggestion and information about getting around and what to do, don't hold hope that the staff is able give useful tips, you would have better luck checking the Internet. Breakfast was not ready by 7.30am on our first morning and the choices were limited due to low season. We had some soup noodles which was nice. The room was decently decorated. However, the toilet bowl flush was annoying and flushed by itself and splashed water out onto the floor with the ”faulty” sensor. There is no air conditioning but luckily there was floor heating. However, the heating took extremely long time to heat up. We also had to request them to activate the heater for us even though they knew we were in the room in the cold winter, really lack of sense of good customer service. The hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from the Changpinggou visitor center. We visited in February, during the low season, 80% of the shops were closed in Changpinggou area so it felt like a dead town. We went to Shuangqiaogou for meals and it seemed livelier there.
