Staffs were by the road at the time we arrived and they helped us with our luggage to the lobby on the 20th floor. Check in was a breeze for 4 rooms and we were in our rooms within 10 minutes. Rooms are clean and tidy. There’s a mall across the street if you need some shopping. Look forward my next stay with the hotel soon.

Hotel location is good, just outside exit 10 of the Hubing Dong Lu station. There is also options for non-smoking levels. Room is also very spacious. Hotel allows late check out by 2pm, but do note that your room card would not be able to tap in after 12 noon, need to seek assistance from staff.

The hotel is conveniently situated right in front of the MRT station. Across the street, you'll find a large shopping mall, 万象城. The train station is just less than 15 minutes walk away, and there is another Robinson mall nearby, along with plenty of eateries in the area. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel offers a promotion, providing free supper for guests every night. Additionally, they offer complimentary access to washing machines and dryers. The hotel staff were friendly, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Nice hotel with a subway station right at the entrance. When arriving a security guard immediately helped my elderly mother with her luggage and took us to the elevators. There we were greeted by an English speaking hotel employee, who took us to the 20th floor, where the lobby is situated. This great service attitude accompanied us the whole two nights. The rooms were a bit small, but clean, modern and fully equipped. We booked additional breakfast. It’s of Chinese style, but coffee was available. Overall a great hotel with especially enthusiastic and friendly staff. A clear recommendation from my side.

Clean, modern and perfectly located

大廳在20樓很特別的酒店，酒店設施齊全有洗衣房住了幾天很方便，還有健身房沒時間體驗下次還在入住。房間乾淨不會有異味，服務員們態度都很好，大廳進出前台都熱情問候，商務會客中心也很棒，現磨咖啡很苦很香。性價比非常好。

客户指定的酒店 服務很好，快遞代收 還有機器人送外賣到房間門口。前台服務很好很效率，客户是外賓對酒店都表示很滿意。重點是出行非常方便，地鐵口零距離。房間衞生乾淨，水壓穩定空調很製冷，以後客户接待會優先安排的。

酒店比較新整體入住感覺很好高端商務酒店。房間水壓非常大熱水温度給力，中央空調製冷效果很好，住兩天第二天降温了還可以有取暖器，外賣直接機器人配送到房間門口非常便捷。房間衞生乾淨，大姐打掃也不敷衍，有什麼需求和前台反應也是很高效。

住在這個酒店，我感覺非常舒服和滿意酒店位置優越，出行非常便捷便利，酒店內部的設施一應俱全， 房間整潔乾淨，酒店服務員親切友好，真的讓我有賓至如歸的感覺，強烈推薦給所有的旅行者
