Oh my God! There's a receptionist called Lee who was super duper helpful and nice! He made us feel at home. The rooms are comfy and clean.

Personnel was friendly and helpful although calling the front desk didn’t get any reply in 2 occasions. The lobby was spacious and offers comfortable seating to rest for a bit. In combination with the clean toilets it’s very comfortable.

The hotel is easy to find and in a good location. I enjoyed the warm service on my check. However, the breakfast could be better and the room wasn’t absolutely comfortable, I felt like I was in a student dormitory than a hotel. The wifi works on and off.

位置很方便，就在路邊，有安全感，門有鎖釦，進電梯需要刷卡才能到客房區域。房間很寬敞，服務也挺好的，房間比較安靜，窗户很隔音。早餐不太推薦，品類齊全，但味道屬實一般般。

房間安靜，床鋪也可以。淋浴間洗澡水也很大。沐浴露洗髮水味道不錯。廈航的品質一直都比較靠譜。早餐選擇多，挺好吃的，交通也便利的。廈門科技館就在天橋對面。

廈門科技館之旅，帶着兩娃入住了廈楓悦酒店，趁着假期出行，遊玩科技館，挺近的，房間簡潔，服務還不錯，前台陳恭喜服務細心周到，整體望繼續提升！

工作需要第一次入住廈航楓悦，房間寬敞明亮，乾淨衞生，服務人員熱情友好，床品也很舒適。地理位置不錯，離機場和商圈都很近，下次出差還來入住～

帶孩子出遊，想去科技館，酒店距離科技館步行十來分鐘服務:非常好，尤其前台小姐姐，人美心善，積極解決問題，必須五星好評環境:房間地毯由於年限長有點臟，其他都能接受，廈航一直很貼心

出差訂了四間房。房間在同價位、地段的酒店裡算大的了，床品很舒適，隔音也不錯；插座都有些鬆動；早餐不錯，粉面很好吃。出行很方便。

屬於商務酒店，春節期間性價比還可以，早餐也可以，距離博物館和科技館很近，可以逛一下。衞生一般，設施也一般，周圍地鐵口有點遠，打車方便。
