Peccato, peccato, peccato, colleghi, per favore non venite a trovarci! Non scrivo mai recensioni negative, non scrivo mai commenti e non ho tempo per scrivere saggi, ma questa volta è davvero esasperante. Innanzitutto la stanza è davvero piccola. Se vedi che il prezzo della camera è entro i 99 yuan, puoi prenotarla. Se costa più di 99 yuan, allora ti dico responsabilmente che non ne vale la pena! Non sprecare i tuoi soldi! In secondo luogo, perché non dovresti tenerne conto se pesi più di 150 libbre? Non devi preoccuparti se sei alto 175 cm, figuriamoci girarti, non c'è spazio per te. La doccia è sotto la luce, puoi usare la tua immaginazione. È piccolo e sporco e il soffione della doccia non è pulito. In terzo luogo, quando sono arrivato a Xi'an avevo mal di gola e l'ho detto alla reception, ma mi hanno detto severamente che mi avrebbero dato solo 4 bottiglie e che avrei dovuto pagare per più di 5 bottiglie. Questo è lo standard impartito dal personale di servizio e dalla direzione della catena alberghiera Atour. Quarto, l'insonorizzazione! Molto male. Tutto sommato, il servizio di Xiaopohei non è buono!

I cuscini erano gialli e un po' sporchi. Nei pressi dell'isolato c'è molto rumore, con i venditori ambulanti che suonano il clacson e i motori delle auto che rombano, rendendo impossibile dormire. L'insonorizzazione è pessima e si sentono rumori provenienti dal corridoio. Il servizio alla reception non è buono e tratta le persone in modo diverso. Non ho dormito tutta la notte. Sono molto turbato.

Ho prenotato questo hotel perché è un grande marchio. La biancheria da letto è bella, comoda e morbida e mi piace molto. Tuttavia, l'aria condizionata nell'hotel non funzionava e la reception non mi ha informato in anticipo. Ho chiamato la reception e mi hanno detto che l'aria condizionata era in fase di ristrutturazione e non poteva essere utilizzata.

This hotel had very reasonable size bedrooms very clean, staff are helpful and friendly location is not bad in fact it is quite close to key points of interests like the city wall and about 10/15 mins on foot to Muslim Quarter and near Bell Tower etc however be mindful that you are staying in the city and you will be expected to enjoy some late night noise be people singing or having a wondrous night out with their music on full blast at 3 o’clock in the morning and the rooms above, depending on who the customer is can be audible. Getting to Terra-cotta warriors is convenient via the metro.

Positives: Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff tried to help where they could, small convenience store next door. Negatives: Location a nightmare to find - even with the address written in Chinese my Didi driver took 45mins from a nearby friend's hotel to find it which included him getting out of his car twice to ask people! Please put EAST MUTOSHI into Didi or YADUO X HOTEL. Do NOT put Atour Hotel. If you can't speak Chinese you will need to use your phone translator to communicate about everything with the reception staff as NO English is spoken. There is NO western breakfast available so if you're looking for this you're out of luck. NO fridge in the room - just an empty space where one is meant to go (I'm guessing!).

The room was clean and spacious, hot and steady flow of shower water was available and the bed was very comfortable.

A little bit hidden, but right in the center. Everything is near, cleanliness and nice staff.

Good location

酒店就在鐘樓旁邊，吃飯方便，房間安靜，床品舒適，睡着很舒服，酒店服務人員服務態度一流，房間打掃的很乾凈。

房間非常乾淨，符合連鎖高端酒店的氣質，很不錯，深夜送粥也很好喝，長者孩子都很喜歡。睡眠的枕頭也好，長者睡覺對枕頭比較挑剔，這個枕頭不錯。

房間很大，智能客控，🈶健身房和洗衣房，深夜還有一碗粥，地點就在鐘樓附近，出門五分鐘就能到鐘樓，晚上還有一個騾馬市步行街，樓下晚上也有擺攤的小吃，有一個菜夾饃的很好吃 雖然臨街但是睡覺很安靜，一點都不吵，母親説沒人住嗎？這麼安靜？以後還住亞朵酒店

亞朵品質還是一如即往的好 交通：離鐘樓地鐵站很方便，周圍商業區也很發達 服務：服務很好，提出了延退，前台都能很好的滿足

我一般出門都會選擇亞朵，這次亞朵是我住的最不好體驗，第一房間比較小，第二空調根本不好使，打開製冷吹熱風搞笑不，得把空調關了，開廁所換氣才有涼風。也就地理位置還行，樓下附近有不少小吃

亞朵 X 酒店居住細節體驗做的非常棒，不管是房間內設施的智能程度，還是床品的舒適程度。掛衣服衣架多很方便，洗澡水很足很大，化粧鏡也很方便化粧，睡眠質量也很不錯，早餐也很棒還有屬地特色，總之挑不出毛病，成功圈粉亞朵 X。後續出行會首選亞朵，看得出來亞朵是認真做了用户體驗分析的。
