Hotel con piscina a Wyong

A parte il servizio alla ricezione, tutto il resto era mal presentato e la camera servita era spartana e non senza spot, appena sopra e intorno al bar era lenta e amateura divertire tutte le domande al manager Il ristorante, Non ha idea di servizio ospite. Dice che una persona e ancora metà riempita, fortunatamente siamo persistenti . Ma lo lamento. Il personale di aspettativa era inespertamente terribile. Non ne ho idea. La tavola è impostata in modo errato, gli ordini sono dimenticati, le piastre non arrivano in cucina, il cameriere del drink si gira, ma non chiede o riempi. Il pranzo era eccellente, così pieno di marchi al cuoco Il colazione era il peggior colazione che abbia mai avuto e rispetto ad un standard di vendita di macchina se così fosse. Questa è stata una triste esperienza Le cieche della stanza non hanno bloccato con una lacuna di 30 cm su tutte le 3 finestre di camera. Ancora una scusa dismalata di “scusate” Stai altrove se puoi, ci sono molte esperienze negative qui

Non posso colpire il Beachcomber. E' certamente uno dei migliori posti sulla costa centrale che ho soggiornato. L'hotel è molto ben stilizzato e le camere sono moderne e spaziali. Il personale è molto amichevole. Lilly alla ricezione ci ha controllati e lei era grande. Abbiamo anche potuto controllare in anticipo e in ritardo. La zona del bar durante il giorno è grande. Si può sederti e avere quasi 180 gradi di vista sull'acqua. La zona della piscina è così bello e si sente come un resort premium. Noi andammo al bar di notte e era davvero vivace con buona musica e persone danzando. Non c'erano problemi con i picchi (come altri commenti hanno detto). Non abbiamo provato il cibo, quindi non posso commentare. Ci sono molti posti vicino, siamo andati al caffè dell'isola per pranzo e al Messico per cena (sia grande), se volete una grande distanza da Sydney solo un'ora e mezza, consiglierei il Beachcomber e sarò certamente tornato.

A nice resort but the studio rooms are in need of a refurb. Furniture and rooms a little dated. Booked a standard studio, requested for upgrade and room with good view. Didn’t get the room category upgrade when we arrived but did get a room with a view of the pool. This resort don’t supply in room complementary bottle water for platinums. As we arrived late, after checking in around 6pm I went to the restaurant to make a booking for dinner. The elderly lady who served me told me they were fully booked. I asked if I could order and sit at the tall table in between the restaurant and bar and was told no coz the table belonged to the bar. So we ended up having dinner at the bar which was just across from the restaurant so we have a full view of the restaurant. While we were at the bar, the restaurant was quite empty. It was empty the whole time we were eating at the bar. So after our dinner I took a photo and the lady said to me they had no shows. The booking didn’t show. No point telling me that when she realised I was taking pics. The food at the bar definitely can improve for a Pullman. The pizza was like a Coles brand pre-made pizza. The grilled salmon on Turkish bread was tasteless. We’ve actually never had food of this quality at a Pullman. The food served at one of the Mercure we stayed previously was much nicer than that. The next morning we met Lachlan, who was very helpful. Lachlan’s customer service was exceptional. He truly understood what good customer service was all about. And he understood the different status levels in Accor plus. If things improve where they need to improve, including people skills (referring to the restaurant staff that night) Pullman Magenta would be an exceptional place to stay coz the location is awesome with the beach near by.

I booked here at the last minute because I couldn’t get a room in one of the more ‘high end’ hotels. Yes it’s old, yes it’s quite run down. It was clean though and the location was great. It also has a really beautiful pool. I spent the previous night in one of those high end motels and hated it - the bed at El Lago was so much more comfortable and the AC was freezing cold (which I wanted). Overall I’d say if you aren’t fussy on the looks it’s worth staying there.

訂的是頂樓雙人間，景色一流，房間略小，設施齊全，也比較新，看樣子應該是裝修過不久，不過房門沒有換，有點太舊了。樓下有衹很粘人的貓咪😀
