Riscaldamento non efficace, corridoi in manutenzione, bagno con acqua sporca. L’ubicazione pero’ e’ eccezionale a 200 metri dalla stazione

The service is good. The receptionist are nice and it’s clean. The place is low lit, not too much brightness. Looks good.

Service: Service personnel at reception speaks to too many customers at the same time. Especially those not waiting in line should be made waiting until it is their turn. After ordering extra 4 x half liter bottles of water we received complaints of needing too much water. Either ask for extra money or not, no one will complain about paying some extra for water. But stop the indecisive complaining towards the customer. Cleanliness: The carpet in the room had many dirty spots and especially near the entrance door it didn’t look clean. Also in the bathroom the faucet of the bathtub was rather old and moveable where it should not be. Price: Good price

Perfect location. 300meters from main train station. Lots of shops and restaurants around. The hotel is nice and beautiful, but a little bit aged. It would be great if there is paid laundry facilities in house.

The hotel room was general in good condition and I really enjoyed my stay. The location of the hotel couldn't be any better with just less than Three minutes walking distance. The reception personnels are also very helpful and definitely will book the hotel when coming back to Wuhan

Its an old hotel but I think its great with vintage

Near hankou train and mrt station, don't book if use taxi, it won't benefit you. Allow late check out till 4pm, this is good for travellers who catch night flight. But the cleaning department staff will go into your room without acknowledge, luckily I did put on the lock cos I didn't close my shower door. Front desk is somehow helpful and polite View from my room, therefore I can only keep the curtain off all the time

Large, comfortable room. TV was very old, as was the decor. Overall a nice place to stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Old and not very clean

Hotel is directly next to train station, however, rooms are very poor. Mold in building.

Very close to train station and subway which make this hotel a suitable choice to live. Very cooperate customer service and clean and big hotel room and suitable price.

We are happy staying in this hotel. Many thanks to Mr Han for helping us booked di di to the airport. We are foreigners and unable to book. The only short coming is taxi are not allowed to come in to the hotel, making taxi abit inconvenient. Also would like to point out that the housekeeping lady on 1/6/23 removed our written notes on the side table, and replaced with new pad. We lost some information written on the notepad. Housekeeping staff should be informed not to remove without guests permission . Thank you

Reception and concierge service is excellent especially Mr Han, Mr Ding and Mr Bao. The reception ladies are also very proactive and helpful. Housekeeping staff is also excellent. Happy with the overall service. Train and MRT are nearby. Quite a number of eateries around hotel. Next to hotel, a small supermarket.
