Very new and well furnished hotel. All equipment were provided in the room including coffee machine, steam iron, microwave oven etc. I lived for 4 nights and free rabbit moon was complimentary. It was actually a relaxing and wonderful experience. Feel very relaxed in the this hotel.

Celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday, the staff has placed birthday cakes and birthday cards in the room, very attentive

Room and amenities are very well maintained and clean. Staff is extra friendly and always standing by to assist you in the premises. Very enjoyable stay. There is hotel boat departing every hour to icon siam but the boat moves very slowly.

Amazing Experience. I tend to keep a bottle of water next to my bed anywhere I travel to. Every time I came back to the room after a turndown service, there was a fresh bottle of water waiting for me on the bedside table. Never got to see who the room attendant was but to whoever you are, thank you! Location wise, pretty decent if you like the Siam Area. The water shuttle to the other parts of the city along the river is very convenient. A little bit of a travel by car to the city center (20 minutes on average due to the traffic of BKK) but distance wise not too bad.

5 stars luxury hotel near the river. Beautifully decorated, love the bunnies theme. Walking distance to asiatique. Pyjamas provided and the bedroom slippers are so comfy. Free thai costume photoshoot provided too.

Wow I thought this hotel was amazing, room had a washing machine/dryer in that was a game changer as we had been traveling for nearly three weeks.. we only had one night here but staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel boat ran every hour and was a good way to get to the other river boats. Pool was clean and bar and restaurants around pool..

Excellent service. Decent breakfast. Complimentary Thai traditional session provided as well. Complimentary aqua therapy session provided which was a unique and enjoyable experience. Aesthetically pleasing swimming pool.

My family and I stayed here for 4 days. We loved this boutique hotel. The hotel design is very instagramable and the pool is stunning. However, the check in process took quite a long time due to the holiday season and the staff didn’t explain the facilities etc throughly. The spa is incredible and it is one of the best I have had in bkk.

Breakfast was not too bad. Rooms were a bit small in size. Pool also quite small. The aquatherapy was interesting. Got room later than expected. Good thing is close to Asiatique. And hourly boat to SiamIcon. Wanted to try BRIX Cafe tea course but miscommunication, missed it. Need to book and pay in advance. The tea set looked nice and good deal.

Beautifully designed hotel and it was relatively easy to travel to ICONSIAM with the complimentary boat shuttle services. Apart from that, the room was clean and well kept. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

The services were 'excellent' in a bad way because sadly we had the feeling that we were treated badly by the standards of a so-called 5-star hotel. Much of the hotel staff that served us seemed to have looked down upon us as if they were saying to us, 'you guys don't fit in here, why would you guys be here?' except for the newbie staff members who served us in the buffet breakfast. And the key card for our room went malfunctioned for 3 times during our stay. And somehow it seemed to us that we were denied access to some of the iconic places of the hotel like the rooftop garden and the famed jacuzzi with our room key card even after it had been fixed, claimed by the hotel staff. And we are pretty sure that it's lobby was perhaps the tiniest among the 5-star hotels around the world. My partner described it as a 'fake 5-star hotel' that the hotel has tried very hard to be a 5-star one but it still has to take some more time to become a real one for the time being. Last but not least, we have to say that the hotel was sanitary and we enjoyed its buffet breakfast very much. Grateful! We've learnt a lot in this eye opening journey!
