We had a very good time at Wawel Queen hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The service was excellent. The front desk attendants were very helpful with their recommendations, help with our luggage, and just overall warm and positive attitude. Hotel location was perfect. We could go buy a foot to all “must see” places in Kraków. And we really enjoyed the beautiful park right across the street from the hotel. Breakfast was very good.

距離機場十幾公里，不遠，離各大景點都很近 酒店工作人員很nice, 英語説的66的 早餐和隔壁德國差別不大，一直是冷盤，麪包和各種腸子 不過佈局比較温馨，推荐居住，價格不貴，波蘭物價非常親民

El personal del Hotel excelente La ubicación muy buena Las habitaciones limpias y aseadas en tiempo y forma La calidad del desayuno, excelente y una coctelería muy buena Lo recomiendo al 100%.

飯店離Wawel Royal Castle步行不到5分鐘，早餐美味選擇多，房間很小跟巴黎飯店一樣小！浴室廁所乾淨、服務人員親切

復古風格的酒店，距離瓦維爾宮很近，單人間衹和七張圖片中的第五張一樣，我被分到了閣樓空間，床和淋浴間還沒有我住的ensuit公寓的大，但前台服務態度不錯，體驗也還行，所以可以給個高分

Siamo stati due notti in questi hotel. Molto vicino al centro ma allo stesso modo tranquillo, eravamo al quarto piano e di notte non si sentiva un rumore. Molto gentili all’accoglienza, la stanza non era pronta al nostro arrivo quindi abbiamo lascito i bagagli e siamo andati a fare un giro al Castello, molto vicino all’hotel. La colazione è ricca e penso soddisfi un po’ tutti i gusti, preparano piatti espressi al momento se si vuole (uova strapazzate, pan cakes..), ma a disposizione c’è già tanto, sia dolce che salato. Camera non grandissima, ma funzionale. Il bagno ahimè è piccolo, la doccia è un po’ scomoda e, avendo lo scarico a pari pavimento, senza un piatto con bordo, l’uscita di acqua è assicurata. Kit caffè/te’ e acqua a disposizione. Personalmente ho trovato le lenzuola non perfettamente sistemate, si vedeva il materasso a livello della testa, come se le lenzuola non arrivassero a coprirlo e purtroppo il materasso aveva dei capelli e non era perfettamente pulito. Questo non mi ha consentito di dare un voto più alto.

Albergo ottimo., posizione vicina al centro, colazione super prezzo buono, pulito stanza un po piccola scarseggiano ripiani per posare le cose, soprattutto in bagno, manca il garage, l’unico fastidio. E presente in ristorante ma non sappiamo come e… Personale gentile e disponibile.

This is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. The hotel itself is a beautiful building (an old tenement I was told). But everything else was just as good. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was delicious and varied enough to not get bored in 4 days. The decor is beautiful and the bar and lounge are both nice places to relax. Our visit to Krakow was a great break and this hotel was a huge part of that.

I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Krakow. Great location , stones throw from the castle and main market square. Staff very friendly and overall hotel was immaculate. Breakfast is both self serve and from a menu so there is something for everybody to eat. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

We stay 5 days in Krakow in this hotel. The location of this hotel is excellent. It is on few steps form Wawel Castle and 10 minutes, by foot, from the Big Square in Old Town. The rooms have a modern design and the furniture are new, The breakfast is rich and the staff ( specially the men) was helpful. The man in reception book for us a guided visit in Castle and they made for us reservation to restaurant. The disadvantage for this hotel is that has no car parking. We was forced to park our car in a nearby parking to a pretty high price.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable rooms. Hotel is in an excellent location; walkable to all the old town sights. Breakfast was delicious and staff were all super friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Krakow.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very helpful& friendly. Thank you for the loan of umbrellas when we were visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau. The hotel is in a great position local to everything. The room was clean and comfortable and the beds very comfortable Will definitely stay again.

We couldn't fault this hotel. The staff really go the extra mile. We had a trip to Auschwitz planned with too early a start for breakfast. I asked reception if we could pick up a croissant or such before leaving and she ordered us packed lunches that were ready super early. It was an extensive picnic that could have fed a family of four. They were great for detailed instructions for an out of the way visit on our last day. Aside from caring staff, the breakfasts are everything you could want and the rooms are clean and stylish. Location is perfect. If I could make one quibble it would be having just one English language tv channel news channel. I know that's par for the course in Europe but some hotels are better than others and as I say its a tiny quibble. I would just add that this hotel was recommended by our travel agent who had received very good feedback from other guests she had sent there. She also said that the hotel had been majorly helpful when a guest had to cancel due to weather disruption and the hotel allowed a postponement. The travel agent said that they couldn't have been more understanding. I echo her praise.
