From the moment we arrived we were provided with high class service. I’ve booked this trip for my birthday as a celebration. All staff made my trip special. We really appreciated the upgraded room. What a lovely gesture. What an amazing suite with lounge and our own balcony. We just loved it. We ate in the Orangery. The food was unbelievably good. The hotel was spotless and nothing was too difficult for any hotel staff. The spa was amazing, if you want a great relaxing time with attention for detail. This is your place.

This place is just amazing!! The spa and all the treatments. Me and my partner came for his birthday and had an amazing few days in May. 17/07/24, I came with my Mum for her birthday and she had a wonderful time. We did 2 hours of the aqua thermal, again amazing and so relaxing. Then, we both had treatments that were fantastic. My hot stone massage & Elemis products facial with Isabella was excellent. A huge thanks to Isabella, a lovely person and has such talents. Tremendous! And a huge thanks to Jenny who did my Mum’s treatments. Which she loved. We’ll be back soon!

For what we paid for the room for one night I just expected a lot better. Booked the whole spa package, two hour thermal journey, evening meal, room for the night and breakfast. There were loads of silverfish on the bathroom floor in the morning!! Half the TV channels didn't work. The light on the vanity mirror didn't work. I asked for a couple more decaf coffee pods for the room and was told there was a small charge, surely they're making enough money on the overpriced room?! And the evening meal in The Orangery (you'll have to see my separate review for them) was so disappointing. When checking out and asked how our stay was, I expressed all these issues without much of an apology or any great interest from the receptionist. "There's a discount code here (offered to everyone) so if you book again with us you'll get 10% off" Well I certainly won't be doing now, if you'd offered more of an apology or any compensation I might have changed my mind but certainly not recommend staying here now. The spa I can't fault, visited several times but just so very disappointed on what was meant to be a relaxing anniversary break.

We have just been to the Spa hotel at Ribbyhall, it was a beautiful time, it is the best place to enjoy a relaxing time. The aqua thermal journey was amazing, the food was beautiful and everywhere was lovely and clean. The staff are great they look after you so much there service is outstanding, so I would like to thank the staff for the wonderful hospitality xxx We hope to come again very soon

Gorgeous!! We went for an over night stay here to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday! Was wonderful! Lovely hotel, the spa was fab and all spotlessly clean. The restaurant was also fab, lovely menu with a good vegan menu too! The staff were so lovely and helpful too! Couldn’t have been nicer!! I would so recommend this place and will definitely be going again Thank you!

Had a pedicure with Darcy Clough today. Absolutely wonderful . So relaxing and prepared my toes for a cruise. The girls on reception were very friendly as well. The whole area is very calming and makes you feel pampered. Can’t recommend Darcy enough .

I did the Thermal Spa Journey which is absolutely amazing! The cleanliness is top class, as is the service! I also had a Rasul Mud treatment. Jennifer was wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and made me feel at ease! I highly recommend this spa, I absolutely love it!

My wife booked this as a wedding anniversary surprise. I didn't know what to expect as never done a spa experience before. Staff were welcoming, facilities were great, food was lovely. Deep tissue massage was bliss. Needless to say that we'll be going back!

Had a lovely day with the thermal journey for my husband's birthday but it started going downhill with the evening meal. The smallest portions you have ever eaten, nouvelle cuisine on a diet, and far too expensive. Apparently that's what two rosettes gets you, I'd rather the food was the size of two rosettes...on searching for further food north ng was open within walking distance. Still hungry. FYI, I weigh less than 9 stone so am hardly a gannet. We stay over and can't get BBC. We need to download an app on our phone, which doesn't work, so our helpful staff member (no sarcasm) spent 10 minutes trying to help us. We got the channel but couldn't change it once he'd gone. I'd rather have done the spa and gone home. We're still here right now watching limited channels and starving. The breakfast had better be good!
