Booked train tickets for a spontaneous few days away walking the Malvern Hills. Then tried to find somewhere to stay. This was the only available hotel in the area, as Malvern was hosting the Spring Flower Show at The Three Counties Showground. However, surprisingly good location for the trains, taxis and places to eat. The staff were all very polite and accommodating. Could not fault the service but take your own soap as they have those dispensers which always seem to run out or fail. Caroline on reception went out of her way to look out for us. We brought a sandwich and drink that had to go in the fridge overnight or be wasted, that was no problem for her as she popped it in the staff fridge for us. Oh yes, rooms don't have fridges. Great location, surrounded by everything nearby! The staff are amazing, very friendly, helpful and had great local knowledge on what to do, where to go, and they were excellent. Amy and Kate were fab!

Stayed here a few times visiting my daughter at university. Always clean and tidy. Lovely and quiet and in the perfect location. Very reasonable car park facilities right next door and also not too far from the station.

Stay here when working in Worcester good location basic but good value parking is expensive and was out of order on exit so got charged twice not hotels fault but no discount for parking when staying there

This hotel is in a great location for worcester city centre, which is why we chose it having used it several times before. I had 2 issues at this hotel on this visit. # 1 the window in the bedroom wouldn't shut properly so much so I could almost get my fingers though to the outside. So I had the dreaded Aircon noise all night long. It was late to move rooms before I found this out. #2 We had planned to do some shopping and had arrived on the train. Upon check out I asked if I could store my small overnight case with them. I was told we have no facilities to store bags, having used this facility previously I challenged this and was told that since could the room has changed to a staff room. So now I have to hump my suitcase round all day long. I won't this hotel again specifically for this reason. I expect that a lot of people use the hotel for a weekend away so will also have to drag their cases round the following day.

Hed a great stay, room was very clean, in the morning, the two ladies were so nice and friendly, Amy ensuring we had a good stay and that there was no issues, and Chelsea who was very attentive making sure we had everything we needed for breakfast. Will definitely book here again

Arrived at hotel a bit early but Alison on reception was excellent put our case in staff room whilst our room was getting ready. Hotel is in the middle of city access to all locations you need.Shops are good, plenty of food outlets and bars around. Hotel nice n clean no issues at all.
