Love this location! Everyone who works there is friendly and very helpful. Rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

La posizione è l'unica cosa buona di questo hotel. Se rimani nelle stanze sul retro, c'è molto meglio che nella parte anteriore dell'hotel. Che ha bisogno di essere rinnovato soprattutto per il prezzo dell'hotel. Il personale è stato cordiale nel complesso non ha mai avuto problemi?

Overall really liked the hotel BUT when we arrived at 3pm for check-in, the room wasn’t ready. Was told to wait in the lobby and they would let me know when it was ready. Waited. Waited. Nobody ever approached us. At 3:45… Went to the front desk to ask status. “Who? What room? Let me check on that. No, sorry it is still not ready.” Waited. Waited. Nobody ever approached us. At 4:30… Went to the front desk to ask status. “Who? What room? Let me check on that. No, sorry it is still not ready.” Waited. Waited. Nobody ever approached us. At 5:00… Went to the front desk to ask status. “Who? What room? Let me check on that. Yes, it’s ready now. Let me make your keys for you.” I’d probably still be sitting in the lobby now weeks later if I hadn’t approached the front desk multiple times. Any compensation for this long delay? Nope. Filled out their survey when I received it by email. Any compensation offered then? Nope. Morale of the story: Throw a fit in the lobby, disturb all the other guests, and make a huge scene, THEN you will get some compensation for their shortfalls. Acting like a reasonable, understanding customer only gets you treated like a sucker. Suggestion to hotels in general: stop giving your worst customers your best treatment. If you drop the ball, there should be an standard chart of compensation automatically deducted from the bill without the customer even having to ask. Don’t make customers scream and yell to be treated fairly.

il personale è un grande gruppo di persone e non ho altro che cose fantastiche da dire sul mio soggiorno in questo posto. Sono stato ricoverato in ospedale per alcuni giorni prima di venire qui per un ictus. E se avevo bisogno di qualcosa erano felici di aiutarmi. Inoltre, mentre stavo cercando di stare meglio, sono dovuto tornare di nuovo in ospedale. Sono stati molto gentili con me quando sono tornato e mi hanno fatto sentire molto meglio per tutto quello che ho passato e non ho mai avuto una brutta sensazione per tutto quello che ho messo loro attraverso il mio soggiorno qui sarà altamente raccomandato. We were shocked by the positive reviews for this hotel. We arrived late at night. When we got off the elevator, there was a huge pile of vomit on the floor. We went down to the front desk to let the staff know. The desk agent said that he knew about the vomit, but didn't have anyone to clean it. He said he had a photo of it on his phone and would let the cleaning crew know as soon as they arrived. We went back up to our room. The entire hallway on our floor stank from the vomit and a pervasive smoke odor (despite having reserved a nonsmoking room). Our room was filthy. There was hair in the tub and the edges of the shower had pink fungus growing in there, which suggested that it hadn't been properly cleaned in weeks or months. The room stank of smoke. The beds were hard as a rock, the safe in the closet had no batteries, so it was unusable. The drains in both the shower and the sink were clogged. We were disgusted, but so tired from traveling that we decided to sleep and switch rooms in the morning. When we got up the next day, the pile of vomit was still in the hallway. We went down to the lobby to alert the front desk that the vomit had not been cleaned. A new desk agent was there and he said that he knew that the vomit was there but his janitorial crew had only been in for a few hours and hadn't been able to clean it yet. A FEW HOURS??? It would seem that vomit in a public space would be the very first important thing to clean when the staff arrived in the morning. The desk agent literally couldn't care less that there was a public health issue that had been sitting there, unattended to, for over 14 hours. All things being equal, we decided not to eat the included breakfast. If the hotel staff can't be trusted to keep public spaces clean, how could we trust that food had been handled properly? This was the most revolting hotel stay we've ever experienced and we've stayed in some pretty questionable accommodations in far flung locations. We contacted Holiday Inn about our experience and never heard a word back.
