The awesome location, my towel never cameback after laundry. The front desk woman is quite polite, difficulties check in for my son as we came from different location. What a pity they dont call me to make sure that the person is my son but overall is good.

However, I encountered a few cleanliness issues that affected my overall experience: Cobwebs on the sliding door, which made the space feel neglected. Stained bedsheets, which were disappointing and did not meet expected cleanliness standards. These issues suggest that the hotel could benefit from improved attention to detail and housekeeping standards. 📍 Location: While the hotel is centrally located, it is next to an abandoned mall, which creates an unwelcoming, deserted vibe—particularly at night. This choice of location takes away from the convenience and appeal of staying here. 💪 Fitness & Facilities: While the hotel lacks a pool, it does have a gym that is well-maintained and offers a good way to unwind or maintain your fitness routine during your stay. This was a nice addition and added value to my experience. 🌟 Service: The staff members were professional, helpful, and friendly. Un buon tipo di hotel davanti a lui, ma quando entro nella stanza, è un vecchio bollitore. La pulizia è anche un po' peggio del prossimo hotel. E' freddo. Mi ritroverò una stanza o tutto è come questo bollitore???? E il ricevitore è un ragazzo ( dimenticato il suo nome) non è molto amichevole ai visitatori, la torta importante è che si ottiene una stanza come questa wkwk. Our 2nd time staying here. The room is very spacious with this rate. Startegic location as well as it's exactly in front of Taman Bungkul, with lots of culinary spot on weekend. The room is equipped with microwave & minibar too. However, the lighting in the room was pretty dim. Other than that, all good.

Ho avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole al Grand Diponegoro Hotel. Il personale è molto utile e amichevole. Ho soggiornato per una settimana e non ho avuto una sola cattiva esperienza durante il mio soggiorno. Il mio preferito assoluto è il riempimento di Teh Pucuk dopo ogni servizio di pulizia haha amarlo. Grazie per l'esperienza meravigliosa. Sicuramente sarà tornato!
