Regno Unito: hotel con piscine nella provincia di Berkshire

We stayed for my partners birthday. I contacted the hotel to let them know of the special occasion and they put some balloons in the room, as well as a small cake plate saying happy birthday which was a lovely extra touch. The pool is absolutely freezing though! The jacuzzi has been boarded over so is no longer there, which the hotel isn’t advertised on trip of having but I went on Google maps photos and saw a jacuzzi in the photos so assumed it would be there. The sauna and steam room were both quite dirty too the floor has chewing gum and other dirt on. The room was really nice, the walls are very thin though so you can hear everything from the rooms next door. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a stay but not for the spa facilities. Which is a shame as I booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities which were a disappointment.

Avete soggiornato qui prima, conveniente per LHR che è a soli 15 minuti, camera anche se molto comoda era un po 'dattato in bagno, chiunque mette il sigillo intorno al bagno/duche non ha fatto un grande lavoro perché era un po ' gratificante, Non si tratta più di una critica, ma di un'osservazione. Un fattore irritante che sembra stimolare tra gli hotel è il costo aggiuntivo per il parcheggio, il prezzo della camera è stato molto ragionevole, per questo l'ho scelto, ma ammetto di aver perso le informazioni sulle tariffe di parcheggio che hanno aggiunto un altro 10 sterline complessivamente al costo.È un po'come gli aeroporti che ti costringono a lasciare i loro clienti.

Le camere sono decente e pulite, per quanto stuffate di **** attraverso il terzo piano e minimizzano il personale con auto check-in che è buono che si può solo controllare e uscire rapidamente, ma senza un desktop di servizio rende difficile chiedere di giornata di fitness e piscina. Stagione generale piacevole

Il punto di prezzo che mi preoccupava sarebbe deludente, ma è stato il contrario e lo consiglierei felicemente a tutti. Perfetto per i nostri scopi, vicino a Newbury per cena e esplorazione, e un grande posto per tornare a notte (il costo di un camion da 15 sterline era bene nel nostro bilancio). La colazione è stata molto deliziosa e organizzata con una selezione ben conservata e un'atmosfera piacevole. Il mio solo grido era che il check-in era un po' fretta e un po' come una cintura di trasporto, ci avevamo bloccati in traffico e sarebbe stato apprezzato un più caldo benvenuto. In generale, però, una grande esperienza. Ben fatto per l'intera squadra!

Hotel really well situated for the motorway and for Newbury station. The facilities are really good, and service received from the moment we arrived from the very friendly and helpful member of staff on reception. Really lovely breakfast with a great choice of food. Will definitely be returning

La stessa cosa ogni giorno, mangiando il cibo veloce, il letto singolo è un letto. Quando mi hanno portato all'hotel in Gran Bretagna 🇬🇧 Amici mi hanno portato all'hotel, ho controllato i problemi di igiene dell'hotel. Quando ho guardato i capelli nel letto, ho visto polvere. Ho voluto lamentarmi per la prima volta, ma l'amico ha detto di non aver ragione. Il terzo giorno dopo è ancora, Sono quasi pazza, e dopo aver riflesso il servizio clienti Trip.com, il personale dell'hotel è venuto a prendermi il pannolino, non posso 😰

Nice location, ample parking, easy to find. Disappointing things were no wifi connectivity in the room no network signal either. The leisure facilities were not looked after as jacuzzi was out of order without a mention on website, steam room was not operational one day out of the two days stay. Not enough lights in the room. Double bed was bit too small. Both The reception guys were excellent very polite and helpful.

L'ABC Hotel manteneva le norme di pulizia, ma la dimensione della camera era inferiore a quanto si aspettava. La bella decorazione compensava i limiti. Anche se la posizione era un po' lontana dalle principali attrazioni, non era difficile trovare. Adatto per coloro che valgono la pulizia e l'estetica, ma considerate alternative per alloggi più spaziosi e una posizione centrale.

Great location for everything especially the train station. Bed comfy, sofa not so much. Biggest gripe toilet in room 322 detached from sink to wash hands after using the toilet. Pool sauna n gym great .
