訂這家店千萬要小心，沒有前台，入住全靠電話聯繫，跟地下黨接頭差不多。大晚上洗澡洗了10分鐘就沒熱水了，狼狽地頂着一頭洗髮水打電話聯繫。開始我還道歉，覺得晚上打擾人家不好意思，結果店家居然很不耐煩，説是我把熱水用完了。問了房號後讓我在粉色牆上的灰色櫃子裏重啟熱水器，等待20分鐘才有熱水。我試圖解釋，房間裏沒有粉牆灰色櫃子，衹有白牆白櫃子，被對方打斷兩次，並大聲呵斥：“不要説話！你沒有在聽我説話！！！聽我説話！！！” 靠，這麼多年沒見過這種住宿條件，這個服務態度。我朋友住另外一間房，今天早上也是洗了一半沒熱水了。住宿選擇很多，不想受罪加受氣就別選這家。另，贊一下攜程的售後客服，很認真幫忙解決問題。

除了位置方便，沒有優點了。門口碰到其他住客説booking定的會發入住密碼，但是攜程 沒有。打了酒店電話三次才問清楚，態度一般，前兩次都莫名其妙掛我電話。

這個小旅館離火車站巴士近，旁邊有小酒館，很方便。二層樓，房間不大，設施全，很乾凈。床是一米三的，一個人睡最好了，兩個人擠點，幸虧天冷。非常安靜，很得休息。

Having been let down at the last minute by another hotel, we were very lucky to be able to secure rooms at the Station Lodge in Windermere. The rooms were very clean and modern. It is based right in the heart of Windermere, close to the train station and bus stop, with lovely walks and amazing views close by. Liam was extremely helpful and gave us plenty of tourist information. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend!
