Our stay as a family of four had been extremely pleasant. Whilst it goes without saying that the hotel was beautifully designed with artistic touches even in the rooms, the aspect that impressed us the most was the attention to details the staff had. They were extremely helpful, always looking out for you even before you realising you needed help. It’s the little things that count- like the staff helping with our heavy heavy suitcases all the way to the main road (our taxi wasn’t able to get into the small alleyway) even when it was raining; remembering that my mom doesn’t eat beef, packing our favourite fruits for us to bring on our next journey. With service as impeccable as this, we felt at ease during our stay here and can’t wait to be back if we’re visiting Changsha again! (special shoutout to Ms. 柯, you have been very helpful and we appreciate your help!)

The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly. One of the staff members named "Amora" was my personal housekeeper and made my stay even better! He recommended places for me to go and eat. He even presented me a cake for my Brithday! I will definitely stay there when I come back!

We stayed here 2 nights and from the start till the end it was perfect experience. We were greeted by amazing butler called Amora and he took care of us during our stays very well. He speaks very good English so it was super helpful for us because we don’t speak Chinese. Also, whenever we have any questions, he was always there to answer and offer help. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Chang Sha and we will definitely come back to this hotel just for Amora! We appreciate Amora for giving us the perfect experience and happy stay in Chang Sha.

We felt very welcomed and enjoyed the wonderful service. The location is in walking distance to some interesting points and within a lively quarter. Worth to come again.

Amazed by the friendly workers, considerable meal service, and wonderful food!!! Room is spacious, clean, and very tasteful decoration. I wish I could stay another night but good stuff is hard to get: they are too popular and I booked too late. I will definitely come back next time. I rarely write reviews or comments for anything but I feel I have to speak up for this one: I highly recommend this hotel; it worths every penny!

前台小姐姐們很漂亮的，服務也是很好很好，設施都不錯，還有免費拍照服務，真的不錯👍如果説要提高的地方，餐食還可以有空間提高，因為下午茶和夜宵是免費的我們也不能強要求，但是餐食好可能會更加分。還有就是電梯裏面開關上的英文有兩個都是拼錯的，可能的話用正確的英文拼寫。總體，不錯的，會推薦朋友或者以後自己再來。

入住了亦間 6500 民宿，我們度過了一段非常愉快和舒適的週末，地理位置優越，無論是購物、餐飲還是娛樂都非常方便。房間明亮，裝修風格簡約而不失格調，非常舒適。服務也很不錯，提供早餐下午茶和夜宵，還有酒店拍照，大廳特別出片。工作人員非常熱情周到。

酒店管家服務一流，預訂房間因設備原因無法入住馬上升級到更好的房間，下午茶因外出遊玩還可以送到房間，回去房間後繼續享用，宵夜老火湯必須贊一個，非常有廣東老家味道，最贊一個就是配套的一對一精修旅拍，半小時拍攝出品非常好，每張相片都出大片的感覺，拍的全部電子照片都發送給我們，還有9張精修照片。隨後離開當天還送下午茶，離開的時候還送一盒水果給我們路上吃，服務太好了，下次來長沙必須首選這個酒店❤️

非常滿意。 服務態度很好而且很周到。酒店裡有洗衣房 管家還可以幫忙送洗和拿回 有免費的夜宵和早餐 全都可以送到房間裏！！而且很好吃 喝完酒第二天有燕麥粥的感動誰懂 酒店裝修風格很有設計感且人性化 住的很舒服

酒店服務很好，會幫忙拿行李接待熱情。酒店早餐很好吃，晚上還有宵夜都會幫忙送到房間。酒店裡的設施比較新，裏面裝修比較高級。但是酒店的門面和這個價格真的是不搭。另外隔音不是特別好，晚上酒吧會吵到。

亦間6500的兩晚絕對是長沙之行的意外收穫，酒店服務特別好，每位工作人員都特別有禮貌、服務至上。 早餐品種很多，下午茶很精緻。 真的因為這裏還期待再次來長沙！ 小小探討：電視上的歡迎詞Mrs. 是不是換成Ms. 更好些？🤓
