Hotels con Colazione a Winchester

Hotel puliti e puliti...la cena è ok, ma non brillante. La cosa che rende questo hotel è il personale. Sono amichevole e si muovono per un chilometro extra. Il capo con il barba e le unghie dipinte è stato molto utile e sempre piacevole. Sono rimasto in business per diverse settimane e portarei la mia famiglia qui...il servizio è ace e le camere sono grandi con letti molto comodi 👍 Winchester è una bella città

Personale molto disponibile. Tranquillo, pulito, accogliente. L'operatore di assistenza essenziale aveva bisogno di una stanza confortevole e rilassante dopo un turno di notte. Ottime strutture. Viste incantevoli a seconda della camera. Adoro questo hotel!

L'hotel è ben situato nel centro della città, ma il parcheggio e l'accesso con auto erano un problema grande; dovevamo parcheggiare a un chilometro. La nostra stanza (e quella di altri viaggiatori) non era pronta per l'arrivo. La stanza era nel palazzo principale, il letto era comodo e la stanza era dotata di servizi normali. La doccia era un po' datata. Usavamo il bar, che era comodo, anche se troppo occupato a causa di due grandi partite prenotate per gli eventi di quella sera. Il barista, Micky, si è occupato molto bene del numero di clienti che hanno partecipato agli eventi. La colazione includeva una buona scelta di opzioni calde e fredde e il servizio era buono. Abbiamo sentito che la tariffa dell'hotel era troppo costosa, anche per permettere che abbiamo visitato il mercato di Natale nel dicembre.

Lovely hotel and spa . Only let down was the car park attached to hotel only has one way in , no exit very very dangerous there was four of us grid locked inside it. Lucky we were all good drivers and managed to exit . There is a public one outside , but hotel car park is very limited and dangerous hardly any room inside , weird old shape and reverse driving more than forward . Hotel are cash less and there attitude was.... ah na , sorry cashless system . Shop up road. that's all they could offer don't give a dam how you park. Also took 160 deposit and will return sometime after. At later date. That was the real letdown reception staff.. .. not my problem attitude was poor. While the people that did get in hotel carpark was lucky to pay at reception off there deposit. Such poor service for such a lovely hotel. Apart from that the rest good.

What can I say, this is one of the best hotel stays and dining experiences I’ve ever had. Everything was amazing, the staff, the food, the room. Can’t wait to return. We had the 6 course taster menu and it was delicious. The power cut after our third course didn’t ruin it either. Yes the food wasn’t as warm as perhaps it would have been and we missed out on the soufflé but it still didn’t put a damper on our evening. In fact it made the restaurant and experience completely different to anything we’ve experienced before. Hats off guys. Well done 👏🏻
