This Candlewood Suites is a gem. We come back to this place everytime we come to Fort Worth. The staff are extremely professional, and courteous. The Manager is a wonderful lady, who treats her guests like family. Shes strict with her rules, but kind with her explanations about the rules. During this pandemic, she stands above all the hotel mgrs we've met. And abides by the rules to keep everyone safe. This hotel is clean. There is no smoking allowed inside. But there are areas outside for that. The rooms are spacious. Very comfortable beds. Full kitchenettes. A free laundry area. A pantry for essentials. A lending pantry, with cooking supplies, games, etc. A dvd lending pantry. WiFi works great. Netflix users will have no problem with the WiFi. Everyone who works here are super friendly, if you have a problem with your room they will fix it asap. We enjoy our stays here, and will continue to return.

Per la prima volta, vivere in un hotel così inaspettato, la stanza è grande, il letto è grande, c'è massaggio, il bellissimo bagno è un po'di guancia e lavare il bagno.Se ci fosse una bella ragazza, sarebbe meglio.

My daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall. However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay: - The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be. - The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air. - Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way. I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room. - (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay. - They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay. I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment.

Questo hotel è un grande hotel situato in una posizione confortevole con diverse opzioni per cena e attività. Eravamo felici della struttura e della qualità complessiva dell'hotel. Le strutture in cucina erano fantastiche per poter rimanere e rilassarsi. Il nostro unico ritratto sull'esperienza era dormire, e il letto di grande dimensione re non si lamenta in camera, però molto incomodo. Le lamiere erano sp**** e le mutandine di pene non sono così comodo come avrei immaginato considerando il calibro delle altre strutture. Se non si richiede il fluff e il comfort nelle camere da letto, è solido con questa scelta hotel. Dam a questo hotel un solido 4.5 per la comodità e il comfort per l'azienda, ma se si vuole avere il lusso di una vacanza e le mutandine morbide per battere considerando un punto di prezzo più alto. In generale questo hotel, il personale e le strutture sono al massimo per un semplice soggiorno. Potrei anche menzionare nessuna colpa del personale o delle associazioni che sembrano trattare con la rottura auto. Il parcheggio è stato ampio e sicuramente è stato solo una coincidenza e il personale è stato al primo posto per garantire l'ospite e le appartamenti. Abbiamo goduto tutto su questa posizione dell'hotel. Il personale era molto bello e gentile. La stanza era spaziosa per i bambini a correre. Ci rimarremo certamente qui quando torneremo!!!

Deon was extremely patient and kind and let me throw a party in the meeting conference room. He let me come in early to set up, and it was at an extremely affordable price. Definitely recommending him for future stays/parties!

Recentemente sono rimasto in questa struttura e lo consiglio molto. Il personale è benvenuto e attento. Il lobby e il colazione sono puliti e ben illuminati. E' facile accedere e il letto/letto era molto comodo. Il colazione è buono, il parcheggio è stretto, e si può vedere un po' di travestimento e lacrime nella vostra stanza. Tuttavia, il personale, la posizione e l'accessibilità lo rendono un posto meraviglioso per soggiornare.
