Super 8 by Wyndham Wheatland Wyoming

In our journey from UT to VA, we were happy to have picked this particular Super 8 Hotel. Very clean… even the hallways looked and smelled clean. When calling to make a reservation, Susie was friendly and helpful. We were happy to meet her in person when we arrived. Everything about our room was clean. Not all Super 8 Hotels are like this one. Exceptional.

Overcharged my debit card for a week I called the manager and I was treated terrible and called a liar

This place is OK for a night but not nice but any means. Front desk guy was rude. In short, he said to me, “do you think I can read minds? Are you going to give me your name?” Instead of just asking for my name like every other front desk interaction I’ve her had. Maybe he was having a bad day. Room was okay. Cleanliness was a bit iffy with some mysterious stains on the ceiling. Otherwise, it was acceptable for one night. The pool and hot tub looked nice but we didn’t use. Breakfast was pretty bare. I didn’t expect much. The hot items were scrambled eggs and turkey sausage. Neither looked to my liking so I opted for a muffin, which was okay. OJ definitely seemed water down but oh well. Plenty of onsite parking. Not much to do in this town, I’d definitely recommend seeing Glendo State Park if you’re headed north. It’s worth the detour. This may be the nicest place in town, but I don’t think that’s saying much.

This motel was so surprising! The rooms were very clean, staff was friendly, water pressure was outstanding, and the breakfast was nice. No elevator, but only two stories and the staircase was very wide. The location is a little out of the way but there’s a truck stop right next door.

Very clean and comfortable motel. Room was terrific and the desk staff were very friendly. We don’t typically partake in the free breakfasts offered, but this one wasn’t too bad, with eggs, sausage and even bacon amongst the usual fare. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, staff was excellent, but this is a Super 8. No frills, light breakfast in the lobby but we didn't partake. Would recommend for a quick stay. Night clerk was great about advising where to eat. No negatives, just no frills place to stay in Wheatland, WY

Room was clean and breakfast was more than just a typical Super 8 breakfast. The lady at check-in was friendly and helpful. I was not happy that they did not have an elevator. We were on the second floor and my wife was limping around because she is getting ready to have knee surgery. I would have requested a first floor room if I would have known there was no elevator. It was clean and comfortable.

We didn't have high expectations with staying in a more rural place, but we were shockingly surprised at how nice this hotel was. It was clean, front desk was very nice, breakfast was very good, and all of this for a low price. Would definitely stay here again.
