Hotel in zona Naughty, Giacarta occidentale

L'hotel ha un interno unico, buone cose su questo hotel sono la posizione, facile da trovare cibo o negozio di comodità, il bar, ma per favore migliorare la pulizia .. ha un sacco di anziani all'interno della stanza

Il personale è amichevole, solo le strutture non sono così conveniente.. la carta chiave deve essere scansionata pochissimi volte può aprire solo.. il tavolo ha un odore molto forte di cazzo.. non ha fornito asciugacapelli..

Ho passato 10 giorni di quarantena da fine dicembre '21 a principio gennaio '22 in questo hotel. L'ospitalità del personale è eccellente, dal giorno della prenotazione, al processo di arrivo e di raccolta all'aeroporto, al periodo di soggiorno e alla liberazione, Sono sempre li' per aiutare.Bravo al signor Ricky che finalmente mi ha fornito la camera con la miglior vista sulla città. Anche grande lavoro per il signor Iqbal che mi ha preso all'aeroporto, a pesar de que mi número de teléfono local no funciona (inesperadamente) durante miei arrivo. La cena è grande con diversi menu al giorno. La stanza sarà pulita se ne hai bisogno. Solo tu devi chiamare. Se solo loro possono gestire meglio il sistema di lavanderia, di tutto sarebbe perfetto. Dal momento che il lavaggio è fatto fuori dall'hotel e attraverso il sistema di pesatura, essi semplicemente imballano i vestiti in plastica, indipendentemente dal tipo. La mia camicia è stata tagliata una volta tornata e anche quando ho chiesto di ri-irrolare (come hanno fatto), è tornata in una condizione immaginabile, perché è imballata con altri vestiti in un plastico stretto. Tuttavia, per un hotel a 2 stelle, hai ricevuto più di quanto si può chiedere e pagato. Molto raccomandato, non solo per una quarantena.

kinda old school type hotel, good maintenance, but not at all sectors, few cracks on pool floor, old hair dryer in bathroom not functioning, fridge of course is not functioning as well, parking lot kinda dark and quite like in old factory, toiletries and amenities is quite well equipped, bathtub available in each room

L'hotel andava bene, ma era davvero complicato, ho avuto difficoltà a prendere un Gocar/Grab e ordinare GoFood perché per entrare nella hall dovevo fare il giro del parcheggio fino all'ottavo piano. Quindi quello che mi ha davvero scioccato è stato quello lì c'erano molti piccoli scarafaggi. Ogni volta che entro nella mia stanza devo combattere con piccoli scarafaggi e scappare. Quando ti svegli e vai in bagno, devi concentrarti sul vedere dove sono gli scarafaggi. Non molto calmo. Davvero non mi piace questo hotel. Buona esperienza soggiornando nella zona di Glodok, ma non voglio tornarci.

This hotel is perfect for budget travellers, location is strategically located in the heart of Central Jakarta and a lot of food stalls outside, there's even a laundry shop near to the hotel and very cheap! Probably not the best but my stay here was great! Price is pretty affordable and the staff were lovely and helpful.

What a great experience to have family staycation at double tree by hilton bintaro jaya. The hotel staffs were so friendly (we got yummy welcome cookies when we check in) and fast response to guest needs especially when there was any trouble with parking payment system. However it was solved quickly. The room were very clean and we got a nice view from the our room. The breakfast was also tasty. The swimming pool was very clean and had a great view. it also has a small pool for children and my son enjoyed it a lot. Overall it was a great experience to stay here. We’ll definitely come here again when we want to enjoy another staycation.

The hotel is like 5 star standard. The breakfast is so good with a wide variation of food. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The staff at the reception are so polite. Ms Fitri at the reception is very friendly and helpful. She helps to settle the activation of my esim card when the data connection fails. Overall good experience and we will stay at this hotel if we come to jakarata again.
