Ho molte restrizioni alimentari e Fatah è andato fuori dal suo modo per assicurarmi che mi prendesse cura di ogni pasto. Non solo il servizio era eccezionale, ma il cibo era fuori dal mondo!! Kezia e Anto erano così dolci e mi facevano sentire a casa. Questo hotel ha tutto quello che potreste desiderare da cibo incredibile, custodia quotidiana, acqua potabile calda e fredda, letto confortevole e il personale più sorprendente. Non ricordo l'ultima volta che ho ricevuto il servizio clienti come questo. Conto i giorni fino a quando non posso tornare! Grazie al personale incredibilmente duro di Luminor Hotel Kota!
