I have traveled to over 30 countries and stayed in over 300 hotels. Among them, Mercure Jakarta Batavia is one of the best hotels. I think the staff's response is wonderful. Especially Malaka restaurant is great. Not only is the food delicious. (Of course, all the dishes were very good.) Julia was perfect! she made me want to go back to see her.

Miglior valore! i prezzi inferiori a IDR300 k ottengono 2 colazioni. Il servizio è abbastanza buono, buona posizione sopra LTC glodok 8° piano (c'è un giardino al 9° piano), wifi veloce, parcheggio gratuito (chiedete un timbro alla reception). Meno: ci sono 1-2 piccoli scarafaggi nella stanza, niente shampoo e gel doccia. Può ancora essere migliorato per la pulizia e i servizi. La colazione, anche se le scelte del menu sono poche ma tutte deliziose, il ristorante è all'aperto quindi è adatto per fumare dopo colazione bevendo caffè. Nel complesso fantastico!

Situazione strategica vicino al petak pancorano di Cina. Il servizio di servizio alberghiero è stato cattivo in relazione alla nostra denuncia per la TV che non funzionava. Dovete aspettare 2 ore per chiedere all'ingegneria di risolvere il problema. La stanza era pulita e bella, ma il lavandino non funzionava bene. Nessun corpo incaricato della piscina e del centro fitness.

Ho soggiornato all'Hotel Luminor Kota per una settimana e non volevo andarmene!!!! Ho molte restrizioni alimentari e Fatah è andato fuori dal suo modo per assicurarmi che mi prendesse cura di ogni pasto. Non solo il servizio era eccezionale, ma il cibo era fuori dal mondo!! Kezia e Anto erano così dolci e mi facevano sentire a casa. Questo hotel ha tutto quello che potreste desiderare da cibo incredibile, custodia quotidiana, acqua potabile calda e fredda, letto confortevole e il personale più sorprendente. Non ricordo l'ultima volta che ho ricevuto il servizio clienti come questo. Conto i giorni fino a quando non posso tornare! Grazie al personale incredibilmente duro di Luminor Hotel Kota!

Great location in the old town. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning reasonable and the shower had plenty of hot water with good pressure. I didn’t realise at booking that the window in my room overlooked the busy Main Street, so traffic noise kept me awake for most of the night. The breakfast situation needs to be clarified. On their website there was mention of a new menu and several photographs. When I booked my room through their own website, it was unclear as to whether or not it covered breakfast. On my first morning, there was food cooking on the stove, but no mention of breakfast so eventually, I asked at reception. I was told that I needed to order breakfast the night before. It would have been great to have been told this when I checked in! The food cooking on the stove appeared to be for the staff. Not really a hostel atmosphere.

Le esperienze sono simili a quelle di altri hotel vicino alla zona. L'hotel mi ha fatto cambiare camera poche volte che era tempo consumato e ritardato per programmare. La camera era buona, ma all'esterno della zona tende a essere leggermente rumoroso. Alcuni dei miei oggetti personali sembravano mancare dopo aver soggiornato in questo hotel.
