I really regretted choosing this hotel. No one of staff of the hotel speaks English. there is no elevator, the stairs are very inconvenient. At first they gave me a room on the 2nd floor, where in the corridor RIGHT UNDER MY DOOR a man was smoking, sitting on the floor. Apparently it's normal to smoke right in the hotel. All rooms have a terrible smell of cigarettes. this is just disgusting, I booked a non-smoking room. They changed my room, but it still smelled of cigarettes. All rooms are heavily smoky... in the room there was no shampoo, no refrigerator, no kettle, no ceramic mug, no hairdryer, no wardrobe or hanger, nothing in general. The bed linen is all stained and does not look fresh. There is no soundproofing, I lived on the ground floor and heard all the sounds from outside. Thank God I only needed to spend 2 nights in Jakarta. I've been to Jakarta many times and this is the worst accommodation I've ever rented in this city.

房間裡都是抽煙房，所以房間有煙味. 非常不能接受. 外面的小世界晚上很多吃的 地點我也不太確定好不好. 搭紅線大概要走5分鐘的路程過去

katanya non-smoking room tapi semua ruangan smoking room, baunya nempel lagi. kamar seperti ga disapu, kamar mandi sebersihkan seadanya, tpi ga ada niatan untuk sediain sendal hotel. Ruang yang kita dikasih bahkan bertanah kamar mandinya, jorok banget deh. Untung mau dikasih pindah ke ruang lain yang notabene lebih bersih lah, tapi tetap aja bau rokok, bahkan seprainya ada lubang rokoknya. yang bagus disini cuma netflixnya dan walaupun ac tua tetap dingin, dan air panasnya berfungsi dengan baik. di luar disediakan dispenser dengan pilihan panas sedang dan dingin pake galon aqua.

トイレが壊れてて少し大変でした。 夜中には地元の人なのかホテル前、ロビーに集まっているので騒がしかったです。

Mas nya baik . Mau bantuin bawa barang . Good mayan. Lokasi yg menyenangkan banyak orang jualan.
