Awesome and clean place to stay. Staff is friendly. Breakfast and pool are great and guest laundry is also great.

I have contacted Mike the manager at Omaha. about this issue. I am expecting a call back. I left after one night although I was booked for two nights.
When I called from the airport I was not warned about the construction. My Uber driver and I drove around for 10 minutes trying to even get to the hotel. But that was just the beginning of extremely poor service.
There were five very basic amenities that were not available to me and I will share about them when Mike calls me.

The hotel is just dirty, it smells in the elevators and the rooms. There’s grime in the tubs and the elevators smell like urine. The front desk girl was so sweet though! Be nice to her.

The first night the tv didn't work properly. I reported it in the morning when I left and a person at the desk said that she would have maintenance look at it. I came home that night it hadn't been fixed, so they moved me to a different room.
For the breakfast the eggs were dried out and the sausages looked and tasted nasty. The fruit looked to be old. Toast and waffles were the only reasonable options. I like to eat a large breakfast when I am traveling, so toast and a waffle don't really make it. I would go down the road to get a proper breakfast.
The staff at the front desk were pleasant and friendly.
The road to the hotel was under construction and made it really difficult to get there.

Quick 12 hr stay. Did the job but bathroom floor was sticky on my bare feet. Almost like a fast food restaurant. Linens were clean but floors and curtains had stains.

I must say the room overall was decent shape hobby. Bathrooms were pretty old and falling apart. The floor in the elevator was nasty and dirty. All the carpets in the lobby were dirty. This picture shows that they had a hot tub which is why we booked and there was no hot tub so they need to update their current pictures. Checking in was a mess. The staff did not know how to check people in in a professional manner. Worker had kid there. Kid was flipping on and off the lights. It is really not the hotel that they show on the pictures. I don't recommend and I will not be staying there again.

One night stay with our one year old. Rooms look a little worn, but were clean and convenient. Close to where we needed to be and easy to get in and out. Staff were helpful and quick.

Our room was great, comfortable bed and clean. The breakfast is less than pathetic! Don’t even put breakfast as an option, only toast and the standard waffle maker, no butter no jam this morning no tea or real cream!! Seems like the property is not being well maintained as I said room itself 4stars the rest meh…

The pool and fitness area are closed due to heating issue and the "breakfast" is basically toast, waffles and coffee. The staff were friendly and the room is clean and very nice. The hotel is very nice overall and strangley almost vacant? Not sure what that's about. I would stay again paid $64 on ******* for a 4 star hotel.

Reciews were all over the board regarding this hotel so I called in advance to ensure the pool was open and to ask about the rooms being upgraded. The answers I received then matched the experience we had in our stay. This is an old hotel making a comeback and they are almost there. The lobby is really nice. The room was clean and appeard to have new fixtures though the room itself hasn't been updated. The pool is warm, very large, and we enjoyed the swim. Breakfast was ok. A little thin and seems to be missing some basics; milk, creamer for coffee, protein, even plastic knives... So good, but just short of sufficient.
Like I said... it is a new ownership group working hard, but just needs a little more attn to detail to win more people over.
