Not so good as don’t have gluten free breakfast~ the rest is fine for the room and location

Very nice breakfast. Receptionist is very professional and thoughtful.

Conveniently located to Freeway 10 in West Covina close to where we want to go. Good breakfast at 6 am

NICE PLACE

很一般的汽車旅店，走廊上有異味，，送了早餐，但是餐廳一看人太多了，就放棄了。

附近有超市，商場。挺方便。早餐9點結束，稍微早了些。前台服務人員態度挺好

環境不錯，就是好像沒人打掃房間，但是還是很推薦

位置還可以 旁邊也有假日酒店，west covina 中規中矩

在美國還算可以了

很不錯的酒店

Hotel is old, muggy and out dated. Upon arrival we asked for a service cart and never received one. We waited almost 20 mins and ended up making 2 trips to the 5th floor. Booked a king room and it was cramped. Requested a late check out and we were told to call front desk in the am, called first thing and they claimed lated check out was at its max. Hotel looked dead. Never booking with them.

It’s a good place and good location. However; there’s room for improvement. I would like to see hotel management provide courtesy water bottles for guests in bedroom. The sliding door to the bathroom does not give enough privacy because it does not close completely. Further; the bathroom shower floor is slippery and could cause injury.

Service and staff was good. Within walking to local restaurant. Our room was close to the elevator and was noise at all hours from the elevator going up and down.

Hotel front desk is very friendly and able to attend to all my needs. Room is very clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. Will stay again on our next trip to West Covina.
