L'hotel era pulito e tranquillo. La stanza era un po' stufata. Il colazione è sempre un plus!

L'hotel esterno era un'area molto bella come immaginato. La stanza non era quello che pensavo fosse, essere attento non corrisponde a quello che stai prenotando. Pagato per colazione, ma quando siamo arrivati lì ci è stato detto che era un bagaglio di colazione, molto deluso. Quando siamo arrivati alla stanza, era congelato, non freddo, ma congelato, e ci siamo rivolti al caldo e la stanza era ancora fredda 60 minuti dopo quando siamo andati a cena. Se cercate una notte per la vostra testa, consiglierei questo hotel, ma non per un soggiorno esteso.

I stayed at Hotel Warner with my teenage son. We were in town for the 2023 Penn Fusion Soccer tournament. Hotel Warner is nestled in the heart of adorable downtown West Chester. The grand staircase in the lobby and black-and-white oversized mural immediately remind you, you’re indeed staying in a theater turned boutique hotel - and if that’s not enough, warm butter lingers in the air thanks to the FREE popcorn in the lobby. The individual packed bags of the salty treat are a must-munch on a cold afternoon, at least my son thought so, after playing soccer in 27 degree weather. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant discount program is a bonus but the real perk is having staff at the front desk who were able to recommend a nice meal, that was only a block and change away. Also, my son has Celiac Disease and the 2 restaurants we visited, Barnaby’s and Sedona both offered SAFE GLUTEN FREE FOOD. Again, the location is everything. Once we parked in the garage across the street (yes Hotel Warner validated parking there) we didn’t need to drive anywhere. Food, culture, even a Rite-Aid is all within reach - not to mention the soccer fields were under 15 minutes away - one was just a 4 minute drive - score. And because it was a tournament weekend, my son took advantage of the hotel’s small gym and pool to workout and recover. The room was spotless and featured pillows that felt like clouds. The breakfast buffet, included with the stay - served hot coffee and even had almond milk on hand! Eggs, sausage, fruit, pastries, yogurt, cereal was the perfect start to my son’s game day (he loved the chocolate milk!) The hotel bar plays black and white movies and serves up tasty cocktails soccer moms will love. Snacks, water/soda and beer is available for purchase in the lobby too. Twizzlers anyone? This was hands down my favorite soccer trip thanks to Hotel Warner and we’ll be back. Also it’s a stone’s throw from Philly! So I highly recommend it to anyone in the city of brotherly love who needs a taste of the quaint and cozy ‘burbs.

Siamo frequenti visitatori della zona di West Chester. Ci siamo trasferiti in questo hotel in due occasioni precedenti e siamo stati molto soddisfatti. Non questa volta. Siamo arrivati e sono stati assegnati alla stanza 324. La porta era aperta quando andammo alla porta...la porta era aperta con la chiusura di sicurezza.Entrammo e trovammo una stanza senza telefono, senza orologi, senza sedie da scrivania, sporche cortine di sacco e un bastone che si scaldava. Dirò che il letto era molto comodo. La scelta della stazione TV era grande. Il colazione era così al meglio. Il caffè era delizioso, ma i prodotti erano solo circa le 8:30. Non c'era succo d'arancia e i succi che ci erano erano acquatici. Tornate al bacino. La maniglia era così vecchia e la rotondeva, e ci lasciava senza acqua nel bacino. Noi informavamo la persona del desktop e non c'era niente. Nessuna riparazione. Nessuna nota. Nessuna offerta di acqua in bottiglia. Nessuno. Abbiamo avuto due giorni per ottenere l'acqua dal tubo. La doccia è in realtà un jacuzzi. Questo significa che si può salire su un lato di 3 piedi per entrare. Le sapone Dove sono bellissime. Il cortile di doccia apparentemente uscì dal muro e quando lo mettevano in piedi, ora ha un po'di goccia, quindi tutti i gruppi nel mezzo hanno bisogno di fare una seria manutenzione in questa proprietà. Ci sono molte scelte nella zona La Concordville Best Western, che ci attende una chiamata dal direttore su questi problemi, spero che succeda.

The room was very good, clean, nice size, with a larger-scale mini fridge than those you usually see in a hotel room. The water pressure and heat in the shower was very good. The front desk attendant who checked me in on Tuesday, February 21 at 10 pm was WONDERFUL. I wish I could remember her name to give her a proper shout out. The attendant the next morning (2/22 at 8 am) was also great. Carmen in the kitchen/breakfast area was another fantastic staff member. Having a great staff really does make a difference in a customer's stay, and these people really did make me feel (and probably everyone they encountered) like I was a valued customer. The main issue I had with my stay is the design of the parking lot, and how cars pull right up to the windows of the rooms. I was on the first floor, room 115, and there was a car just outside my window, just like the parking layout of many other hotels/motels. So of course, the beep-beep of the car locking, was something I heard quite a bit. Even late at night when I was trying to sleep. Unfortunately, there were customers outside talking right outside my window in the wee hours of the morning, also disturbing my sleep. To make things worse, this particular car outside my window, loaded up their car at 6:42 am, after interrupting my sleep several times. And the woman in that group outside was quite a loud cackler. I know rude customers aren't the fault of the hotel, but I didn't get a great sleep here. Maybe a room on the second floor would have less disturbances from the parking lot? If the hotel would ever change the layout of the parking area so that the cars park further away from the rooms, it would probably make a huge difference. The breakfast was mediocre. Free, so that was really nice, and like I said, Carmen wanted to make sure that everyone was having a nice breakfast. Great location, perfect for a stop on the way to NY, and a gas station just up the turnpike for a fill-up.
