Hotel a 3 stelle a Kiel

L'hotel è fantastico per gli amici degli animali!! Nel momento molto gentile alla ricezione; ci sono caffè o tè gratuito, alla fine anche una grande bottiglia di acqua senza un calcolo aggiuntivo. Perche' ci erano ancora camere vuote, un precedente non annunciato crescita. La stanza sembrava molto grande e pulita, facilmente arredata per i soldi. Era così raro soddisfatto del denaro pagato e del rendimento ricevuto per questo!

È un soggiorno molto piacevole per me, il personale parla un buon inglese ed è stato super cordiale. Le colazioni erano buone, la camera è bella, calda, silenziosa e grande, è dotata anche di un grazioso ripostiglio e cassetta di sicurezza. Il letto è comodo, il cuscino non è molto bello ma potrei accontentarmi. Tutto sommato, è un 10 su 10 da parte mia! Ritornerei sicuramente!

Hotel era nel caos quando siamo arrivati. Problema di personale con gli addetti alle pulizie, solo uno in servizio. L'area della reception era piena di ospiti che aspettavano le loro stanze. Alla fine siamo entrati nella nostra alle 18.30 quella sera. Il personale della reception stava facendo del suo meglio per rendere felici gli ospiti, stavano lavorando molto duramente ed erano terribilmente stressati. Caroline in particolare ha fatto un ottimo lavoro. La nostra camera, quando siamo entrati, era confortevole e abbastanza pulita. La posizione è molto buona, vicino al porto e alla stazione. La colazione era molto affollata ma c'era molta scelta di cibo e ancora una volta il personale della ristorazione stava lavorando molto duramente. Ho avuto l'impressione che ci siano alcuni problemi di gestione dell'hotel. Mi è dispiaciuto per lo staff che ovviamente stava facendo del suo meglio ma aveva bisogno di più supporto. Detto questo, è stato un buon soggiorno per noi e Kiel è stato un posto interessante e sorprendentemente incantevole da visitare.

Molto bella, spaziosa camera con vista sulle navi da crociera, ferri e la vita colorata intorno alla strada, posizione centrale e conveniente per il traffico direttamente alla stazione ferroviaria principale, personale molto amichevole e impegnato, che si sentono sinceramente benvenuti.

L'hotel si trova nello stesso edificio dell'Ibis Hotel. Ingresso sinistro Ibis, ingresso destro Adagio. Anche questi sono gli stessi dipendenti in entrambi gli hotel. Al contrario dell'Ibis Hotel, la camera dell'hotel offre una linea di cucina. Per le famiglie, non è necessario andare a mangiare sempre. Supermercati, negozi e ristoranti sono nelle vicinanze. L'hotel dispone di ascensore e WiFi gratuita Come l'IBIS Hotel, la colazione è di 6:30 a 10:30 e Sa+So 07Uhr-11. Bevande come acqua e caffè sono disponibili gratuitamente fino alle 22:00. The absolutely worst experience! I’ve never been met with an attitude this bad from a receptionist. Tuesday, WE made a mistake by driving into the hotels parking. We ask in the reception if we can get out again, but one of the receptionists (with very bad English) tells us that it is okay for us to stay there, even though we wanted to get out. Already there we had a bad communication because of his bad English. So he lets us stay parked there thinking it’s 15 euro pr. night/day. Two days later we came back to get our car. The receptionist (woman) starts to scold us out, saying that WE COULD NEVER park here if we were not guests! And we politely tell her that her coworker told us two days earlier that it was okay. (Everything should be on their camera) She said that NEVER EVER would her coworker tell us that. I then ask if she thinks we are lying? Treating us like 3 dogs from the street, I’ve never been talked to in that way. She then gets her “manager” or whatever he was, then he starts telling us that we have to pay 100 euro for the two nights, because we are not guest, and apparently it says that outside, but we talked to another receptionist two days earlier who told us different. We then told him that this is because of bad communication from their coworker and the mistake is on both sides. He tells us that our car could be pulled out by a truck and then we can pay both? So basically threatening to call someone to get our car pulled out. And I respond that we can drive our car out ourselves and no need to threaten. We NEVER said that we wouldn’t pay, but simply discussing what we should do about this mistake. And of course we know that if we had parked in there and did not see the sign it would be our fault, but we were TOLD different in the reception BY A RECEPTIONIST. I am still in shock over the attitude and I told them that their attitude was so bad. We payed the 100 euro and got out. I want some money back because THEY misinformed us and treated us like we’ve never been treated before. I worked at a hotel in Denmark and we would never talk to a guest like this. Simply not okay. I hope you get your attitude fixed.
