Hotels con pick-up a West Bloomfield Township

I come to this area every year for a classic car cruise and visit family. This is the closest hotel to my family. I have stayed here in years past and its been average. Nothing special but I don't spend a lot of time there to begin with. This visit the room was overcome with a musty odor. The only way to combat it was to run the A/C very high and keep the bathroom fanning running. After a day in the sun we would come back to this ice box. Without doing that the room smelled and none of the linens would dry. And it was't really that humid out. The Wifi was also very glitchy. These are enough factors that when I return next year I won't be coming back to this Hampton Inn.

Overall, as a diamond member in the Hilton, I felt pretty good to stay in this hotel for 12 nights. The location of this hotel is good with quiet room, the standard Home 2 breakfast were good too. Most of the front staffs are friendly. For first couple of days, I had really bothered by some issues especially room services in the hotel. I talked to the front desk worker, but it’s seemed go nowhere as their manager was on the vacation by that time-frame. Things changed until their general manager—Ivin Tella showed up in the hotel. We had a conversion related to my concerns. Very amazing, he acted very quickly and effectively to solve those issues right after our discussion. I were glad to see the differences and everything were good after talking. Another manager---Nita Gibson that I met in the lobby few times is great and helpful too. She volunteered to offer printing my urgent document when the printer was done in the lobby. Very appreciated her enthusiastic supports. Combining with Ivin and Nita, I considered that high level management in this property were responsive. Also, the front desk worker, Sam, is a very helpful and friendly.

Siamo rimasti in questo stabilimento la prima notte a Detroit, sulla nostra strada verso la nostra destinazione finale sull'isola di Mackinac. Quando siamo tornati il 20 settembre, Jessica ci ha accolti e ci ha assicurato che le nostre camere fossero esattamente quello che abbiamo chiesto. Era molto personale e professionale. Se la nostra esperienza non era abbastanza buona, abbiamo incontrato il Cook, Jeff, che era responsabile del grande colazione preparato durante il nostro soggiorno. L'hotel è di ogni modo al massimo e lo consiglia a chiunque pianifichi di rimanere nella zona Farmington/Novi. L'unico lato in basso è la costruzione che va sulla 12 Mile Road davanti all'ingresso all'hotel.

Quando siamo entrati in questo hotel, ci piaceva quello che abbiamo visto. La zona di lobby era bella e invitante.La stanza era bella e pulita. Amiamo avere un frigo e una microonde. Le strutture erano bellissime. Il letto era molto comodo. Non abbiamo usato la piscina o l'area di esercizio. Arrivammo più tardi la sera e ci siamo verificati prima che il colazione cominciasse. Posso solo dire ......AMBER! Era assolutamente sorprendente. Ci ha salutati con un sorriso e un'ottima atteggiamento che avevamo bisogno dopo quello che avevamo passato al nostro precedente hotel. Che respiro d’aria fresca. Ci siamo chiacchierati e chiacchierati mentre ci siamo iscritti. Non posso dire abbastanza di quanto fosse meravigliosa. Quando siamo giunti al lobby poco dopo aver controllato, lei stava mocciosando il pavimento e devo dire che era felice. Ha sempre sorriso sul viso.Gli hotel hanno bisogno di più GSA come lei. Hai una vera gioiello sulle mani. La amo appena.

Il nostro gruppo è in questo hotel, e gli unici tipi di camera che hanno detto di avere a disposizione sono un letto re e un divano letto. Ho soggiornato in corte qualche volta e ho chiamato direttamente l'hotel e ho detto che avevo 15 anni e 8 anni, che si sarebbero adattati. Ho detto a mio figlio che era più di 6 piedi. Il desk ha detto sì. È a due in questo tipo di letto. Il sito web Marriott per gli ultimi due mesi ha detto che ci sono due letti doppi disponibili, ma l'hotel ha ancora rifiutato di rilasciare i tipi di camera. Quando sono andato a controllare, ho ancora chiesto se ci sono due letti snd hanno detto no. Ho controllato di nuovo venerdì e dicono ancora che non ci sono due letti disponibili. Anche se il sito di Marriott diretta ha detto che sono disponibili per la prenotazione. Ho consigliato loro di cancellare la mia stanza e ripresero il tipo di stanza e il manager ha detto che mi avrebbe potuto dare solo un letto re. Le ho consigliato il sito web non diceva il migliore disponibile che mi ha lasciato scegliere un re o due doppi. Ho consigliato loro di andare a un altro hotel per due camere, e lei ha detto che si rifiutasse perché avevano una stanza disponibile con un letto re. Ho parlato con Chelsea e Rebecca, il manager del front desk e il manager aggiunto dell'hotel, non consiglierei l'hotel per una famiglia di quattro. La gestione del desk front lied direttamente ai nostri volti che non ci erano due camere da letto disponibili.

L'hotel è vicino al cancello principale di Bloomfield, la reception e l'igiene pulita e così via sono molto carini. Sono quasi venti minuti al Somerset Mall e ai Wholefoods.Il primo piano è di alta qualità, ma ha bisogno di un solo punto.

Bertha (Front Dek Manager) è stata il mio primo contatto e lei è meravigliosa!! Un po' dopo ho incontrato i due proprietari che mi hanno fatto sentire a casa. Camere molto pulite, bellissime letto, tutto bene. Certo che sara' tornato.
