Travelled as family. Hotel is located very near to Wengen train station, Coop, Mannlichen skiing.. we enjoy our stays.

I booked and paid for two adults and one kids. But the hotel asked me to pay for my kid again at end.

The hotel room and facilities itself was very nice and comfortable. Just next to the Wengen train station. Front desk service could be further improved.

離温根火車站近，方便帶箱子的旅客。相對瑞士的其他酒店，早餐也不錯。房間的陽台坐一會兒很治癒。就是貴。Wengen其實很值得逛，就是交通轉火車有點不方便。

我們預訂時註明了二大一小，衹有二張小床，離店時卻又收了我們六十多瑞郎的小孩費用。房間比較小，後面廣場上的公益交響樂讓人沉醉！

到這個酒店是需要座火車才能到，非常不方便！ 我們計劃去酒店是，因為下雨滑坡火車道路被斷，本來我們應該下午五點到酒店，最好因為多次換車，到了酒店十一點半！酒店服務員態度傲慢非常不友好！估計可能我們耽誤他下班了，因為這個小鎮的超市一般六點半就關了，餐館也關了！ 我們本來已經訂好的二個不同房間（不同價格、不同床），結果給的一模一樣房間，當我們到達房間時才發現，我們去前台交涉，開始他們詭辯説：我們訂房就一個房間一個人名字，所有就一樣！（其實把我們需要的房間已經給了其他客人）！當天晚上已經十一點半，開始他們根本不理我們，後來他們前台就沒有人，打電話也不通！一副愛住不住的樣子！這個服務態度，在我們國內幾乎已經沒了！後來我們一部分人衹能臨時在其他地方入住（還下着大雨，及其狼狽！） 後來我們早上退房之後，莫名其妙扣了我們信用卡302瑞士朗（入住時給過信用卡訊息），我們跟訂房平台反饋，開始平台回答説他們扣錯了，會還給我們，直到我們離開瑞士，我們才知道酒店不還多扣了！理由是：開始訂房名字是一個人，所以必須一個人入住，（當時在前台入住時，沒有任何告知和提醒）！ 出現以上事情，估計是他們經常使用的技倆，希望同胞不要再訂這個酒店，不知道有多少人被欺騙過！也不知道有多少同胞因為語言不通，或者已經離開，路途遙遠，交流不方便，而一直被欺負，一直被明目張膽的搶劫！ 最後感謝攜程平台！後來經過攜程多次跟酒店交涉，酒店一直不退回多扣的錢，一直到不回答，最後到耍無賴手段，後來攜程賠付給我們！所以海外訂房，最好通過攜程平台！這樣萬一有事，平台可以保障！ 但是這樣的欺詐酒店，大家千萬不用去住了！ 我把我經歷跟大家分享，希望大家吸取我的教訓，儘量減少不必要的麻煩和損失！

酒店在WENGEN，不通汽車，每天來回需要搭火車，WENGEN和勞特來回車費是7.2+6.8，如果準備每天都去附近小鎮轉悠的話得加上這筆車費。酒店有點老，衞生做得馬馬虎虎。

酒店的裝修能看出是有些年份，但是保養的非常好，我們在頂樓所以房頂也是木質的，整個房間散發著木頭的淡淡香味，洗浴設施都很好用，提供拖鞋，香皂；最讓我驚艷的是露台，有放圖。酒店的早餐也很不錯，除了麪包奶酪和酸奶之外，還提供了鬆餅，配菜，雞蛋等等，強烈建議嘗試下菠蘿汁和桃子，很驚艷。酒店離車站幾乎是一步之遙，coop就在酒店旁邊。

酒店位於車站隔離，十分放便，餐廳食物亦很好吃。而房內有開放式廚房，可以到酒店隔離coop 超市買東西，再回房煮

房間不錯，酒店位置很好，就在火車站邊上，小鎮也挺美的，但是沒來得及逛，因為晚上回去的時候外面已經很安靜關門了。推薦！就是洗澡如果有淋浴就更完美了

酒店服務很好，公共區域的温泉池也不錯，翁根火車站下來就是，很方便。旁邊有很多超市，還有纜車。給酒店的服務點贊！

酒店很近火車站，很方便，旁邊就有超級市場。設施很齊全。早餐挺多選擇，有熱食！露台看出去就是少女峰景。
