We had a short stay here and everything went well. The room was great with and upgraded kids room that had a slide and a tiki tent! My daughter loved it and the breakfast was superb as well. Many thanks to Mollie and her expertise in helping us plan things to do and also general requests around the hotel. Really appreciated that level of attention. Overall Highly recommended.

Nice view of the sea from a great balcony. The beach nearby is dirty and it's not really worth spending a lot of time. The gardens are a little small to walk in. Breakfast and service from staff are both good. More like a four star hotel. They helped with luggage which was really nice. The lobby was nice to sit in.

Very fancy hotel lobby. Great sea views. Very good service. Tub is on balcony. Not directly on the water, but a short walk through the front yard. Chinese restaurant only.

I stayed for a night ….. Excellent service from Fay Lee, peaceful, clean environment, beautiful ocean view, small gym to work off the holiday yummies. Very pleasant!

We only stayed one night in this hotel as we were passing through on our way to Wanning, but we had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and spacious. A small plate of fruit was also delivered to the room for free in the evening. The pool is great and is directly opposite the beach. The breakfast was ok. A good selection of both Chinese and Western food. Last year we stayed at a Wyndham hotel in Clear Water, but this one was much better.

到文昌非常推薦的親子酒店，帶孩子來文昌不用選直接定這就對了，房間乾淨衞生，前台給升級了海景房，這個價位她家的服務可太到位了，每一位工作人員都很熱情，服務意識很高，服務態度很好，管家每天都貼心問候，每天打掃房間非常及時，每天晚上都會送粥，早餐也很豐富有文昌特色，酒店連着沙灘孩子挖沙很方便，每天的親子活動也很豐富，我們住了五天四晚孩子都不想走。

入住前一天酒店方面主動與我取得了聯繫，並驚喜地告知我的房間將被免費升級為180度海景房。這一意外之喜不僅讓我享受到了更為開闊和美麗的視野，還幸運地目睹了清晨那令人心曠神怡的日出景觀，那一抹橙紅色的光輝灑落在海面上，構成了一幅如詩如畫的美景，給旅程增添了許多難忘的記憶。 辦理入住手續的大樓設計現代且豪華，其建築風格和內部裝飾都體現了高端酒店應有的水準。然而，真正入住的A棟相比之下則顯得較為樸素，房間大小有限，空間感不如預期中寬敞，同時發現缺少了浴缸這一設施，對於期待享受泡澡放鬆的旅客來説可能略顯遺憾。此外，房間內的電視機尺寸也較小，這在一定程度上影響了視聽娛樂體驗。不過，酒店提供了多種枕頭選擇，以滿足不同客人的睡眠需求，這一點十分貼心。 關於旅拍服務，提前一天預約，在酒店外的海灘上進行半小時的拍攝，拍攝完成後，可以直接在攝影師的相機挑選心儀的五張照片作為免費贈送，而額外購買的照片則有三十一張可供選擇。 儘管住宿條件存在一些小的不足之處，但酒店的服務質量和所提供的附加價值依然使得這次旅行體驗充滿了愉悦和驚喜。

這次在文昌選擇的這家酒店，入住體驗絕佳，無疑是我最明智的選擇！從踏入花園式大堂的那一刻起，舒適之感便撲面而來，整個行程都令人愜意無比，酒店對入住體驗的重視程度，體現在每一處細節上，真的非常貼心！ 房間乾淨整潔，窗外的泳池景優美宜人，海風輕柔拂面，讓我盡情享受這難得的個人度假時光，心情格外放鬆。而且文昌的天氣也十分給力，涼爽宜人，沒有雨水的打擾，讓人身心舒暢。簡直心情不要太美了🥹🥹🥰 白天盡情在外面遊玩，晚上回到酒店還有小驚喜等着我，銀耳湯、聖誕平安夜的蘋果，這些小細節讓我對酒店的好感再度提升。特別要提到的是管家 Zoey，雖然全程未曾謀面，但她對我入住期間的各種即時需求都能迅速響應並滿足，十分用心。🤗🤗🤗 這家酒店無論是服務還是整體氛圍都非常出色，下次再來文昌，我肯定還會毫不猶豫地選擇這裏！😍😍😍

全五分的好評，無論是酒店環境、服務還是早餐都非常的nice，管家很貼心，入住前就發來了美食和旅遊攻略，按照攻略去吃當地美食一點沒有踩雷。老爸茶經濟實惠，海鮮又鮮又甜。送的水果很好吃，就又給送了一份。停車場很大，有充電樁。服務上更是沒得説，離店後才發現，前後車窗都給擦了。酒店有自己的沙灘，可以帶孩子撿小貝殼，回來路上還能沖腳，細節拿捏的非常到位。站在陽台上就能看火箭發射，但我來早了，沒趕上，陽台上還有最佳觀測點的標識。

這次入住的酒店體驗超棒！從還未入住你的專屬小管家就開始主動聯繫，按照住客需求安排一應事宜，熱情周到的服務就讓我倍感温暖。房間乾淨整潔，酒店設施齊全，床品柔軟舒適，我找酒店特意換了兩個乳膠枕頭，一夜好眠。位置便利，周邊吃喝玩樂一應俱全。強烈推薦！必須誇誇這家酒店！安排的房間超棒，服務堪稱一絕，工作人員耐心細緻，有求必應。房間佈置温馨，細節滿滿，每一處都彰顯品質。

妹妹當年第一次旅行就是住的温德姆，時隔多年再住，還是被酒店的用心服務給驚喜到了。管家提前致電加了微信，歡迎水果已經秒殺昨天住的索菲特。雖然裝修、設施不如新酒店，但是維護得不錯，從禮賓到前台、保潔，微笑服務貫徹得很徹底。出門就是海灘，環境不錯，回來沖沖腳吃早餐，種類豐盛，味道可口，還有小寶寶的專區。臨走前發現擋風玻璃上留着條，保安已經悄悄地擦乾淨了擋風玻璃，點贊👍
