Just what it says on the tin budget hotel

Most awful bedroom like as a younghotel and an bad temperature experience during British trip,only as not in London? Tramed drainege, great noise, bronken door card(4 times repair) and narrow square not equal to it's Logo and consume (most expensive about 1000/night),etc. Beg good lucky [合十]last night in British at London.

Gave me an extra sheet when I asked (to sleep under as the weather was so hot). Quiet hotel despite there being lots of people around, easy to get to the station, West Quay, and town centre. Hotel doesn't have air conditioning but have something that aims to keep the room at a steady set temperature whatever the weather outside, which works just as well. Cleaners were efficient and thorough.

Check out is at 12.00 noon house keeping knocked on the door at 09.30. 10.30 and 11.30 to see when I was going. I think the room I got was in a wing full of people who live here and chose to walk up and down the corridor all night long chatting .

It's cheap and cheerful but the concept is getting a bit tired. The bathroom's fixtures and fittings and I'll need to be updated soon. The beds are a strange concept not enough plugs in the rooms . Come on z that's a simple obvious thing . Nice staff. The kettle needed a deposit . Yes it did .

Great location with easy access to WestQuay and IKEA. Clean rooms and professional, friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Room was not clean properly, the windows are single glass so you can hear all the noise from outside (there is a 24/7 drive through Mc Donald’s just at the front) and guests are smoking in their room so you can smell it a lot.

This hotel was overbooked on the day I checked in. Many guests including my friend did not get the room even he prepaid in full the booking. The hotel could not even helped the guests to find a hotel room nearby. This is very unacceptable service. Although the location is central, I will not recommend this hotel.

Overall I thought this Hotel for having ‘budget’ in its name was very good, I still think that £182 was pretty expensive for what was on offer compared to the big brands like Travelodge/Premier Inn. This Hotel was in a very convent location in Southampton and is within short walking distance from Southampton Cebtrak Train Station, Southampton Coach Station and Southampton Cruise Terminal. There’s even a McDonald’s right outside the building, The lobby was clean and tidy and check in speed was fast, first problem is that the Key cards kept randomly l stop working almost every time I went in and out of the hotel, asked what the problem could be and was told that the cards de magnetise if near a mobile device, I found this irritating, the room was a decent size with comfortable bed, Shower is in the bedroom and the toilet was in its own little closet, dident bother me as a solo traveller, the shower was slightly frustrating as the temperature consistently kept changing from hot to cold and the handle was that big it was easy to knock the handle and turn if the shower without intentionally doing so, Imtge rooms have no kettle and no plug sockets near the bed only two plugs by the desk, I like the option to have 24/7 access to food and drink at recipe if you need it there’s a menu/leaflet in the rooms, unfortunately the breakfast for a continental breakfast was very poor, very little selection on offer and the 2nd morning had considerably less with very little to eat, for the price that was very disappointing, apart from that its convent on location and gets the job done

Good hotel, bit cramped, great location, we had to ring to request towels for the room

The rooms and beds were good size. There was Mac Donald’s rubbish found under are beds from previous people. Coffee stains on the stool. Breakfast was toast and cereals not much to choose from.

Me and a friend are staying in for a night, the room is clean in general, a continental breakfast is included for my stay and I think the cost for the room was worth it. Staff there are pretty nice as well!

Very good and closed to the bus station not far from West quay mall

Although the hotel is on the main line, the rooms are fortunately quiet. The front desk is friendly and polite, the rooms are clean enough, and the WI-FI speed is perfectly acceptable. Unfortunately, there was a bed in the room without a sheet and a pillowcase. There is also an extra charge of £10 to park in the hotel car park.
