The furniture is old and shabby. Wardrobe doors make an annoying squeaky sound every time. The safe did not work. The room was dark, there wasn't enough light. The bed linen had stains when we arrived, so I called and asked housekeeping to come and change at least the sheet. So they did, but the new one also had some stains. I gave up. The towels are really old. I think this hotel was too expensive for what we got.

Although located 3km from Hwaesong Fortress there were a couple of parks nearby. There was also a bar and restaurant street very close by with the subway station also just outside makes connecting to Seoul station hugely straight forward. Hotel itself was clean and comfortable.

It is a good hotel with a convenient location and great facilities.

Great size clean room (credit to the Cleaning staff), hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable big size bed, WiFi had great speed. City hall subway a short walk and bus stop directly outside. Plenty of restaurants close, lots of choices just a short walk away.

Did not use any facilities as only checked in at evening and checked out early morning next day. Service wise was good in terms of checking in time taken. Room is very much aged but for the pricing it is worth it. Good thing about the hotel is that there is a 7-11 right below the hotel linked to the lobby and so it was very convenient.

Hotel located in the middle of Suwon, near plenty of restaurants. Very convenient. Staff is nice and friendly and the breakfast is great!

Great location and reception is good. Wonderful area to eat and enjoy night life. The whole building is a high-end experience. Always have wondered views from the large windows.

여행을 위해 중간만남인 수원에 숙소를 잡았어요! 여행은 먹방위주로 할 예정이기에 운동할수있는곳 위주로 알아보다 딱 위치가 인계동이고 교통도 편하고 무엇보다 터미넑과도 가깝고 가성비가 좋을거 같아 예약을 하고 후기들을 찾아보았습니다! 그런데 느낀점이 반반이시더라구요! 그래서 걱정를 조금하고 갔는데 우선 체크인전에 짐을 맡기러 갔는데 친절하게 맡아주시고 체크인할때고 넘 친절하게 도움을 주셔서 넘 좋았습니다! 하지만 1박을 하기에 룸컨디션이 가장 중요했는데요! 저는 너무 만족이었어요!!! 그리고 화장실 음.. 샤워할때 물이 바로 안내려가 바닥이 미끄럽긴했지만 전 괜찮았어요! 그리고 무엇보다 GYM이 24시간이라 대만족이였고 조금하지만 여러운동을 할수 있어서 저는 만족했답니다!! 또 주변에 놀거리들이 가깝게 있어서 좋아서 나중에 또 수원을 온다면 또 이용할 예정이랍니다!

침대 좋습니다. 청결상태 만점입니다. 제가 비염이 있어서 청소상태가 안좋으면 코가 막히는데 여기는 코 뻥 뚫린 상태로 잘 잤습니다 방이 넓습니다. 이 값이 이정도 넓이가? 하는 생각이 절로 들더군요. 욕조가 없고 호텔 시설이 부족하고 엘리베이터는 내리고 탈때 단차가 있고 옆방에서 쿵쾅쿵쾅 한다던가 복도에서 사람들 떠드는 소리가 잘 들리는 등의 단점은 좀 있었습니다만 이정도면 나쁘지 않네요

舒適乾淨 位置方便 周圍小吃街，很多很多吃的 還有一個公園 晚上還有主播在直播 酒店不提供一次性牙刷 有的房間，空調有點兒響

此次入住的酒店堪稱完美。房間整潔舒適，床品柔軟親膚，讓我一夜好眠。工作人員熱情周到，服務貼心入微。酒店位置優越，周邊交通便捷，出行十分方便。餐飲也令人滿意，種類豐富，口味絕佳。總之，這是一家性價比超高的酒店，強烈推薦！
