Abbiamo scelto questo Holiday Inn a causa della sua comoda posizione per shopping e ristoranti. Una volta che il gallo del desk front e' uscito, mi ha dato una snotty “Posso aiutarti?” - e penso “veramente? Non mi dispiace tenerti in attesa?” Ugh. Una volta che ha iniziato a controllarmi, è andata veloce e senza problemi, solo frustrando che non mi ha mai scusato o spiegato perché mi sono mantenuto in attesa. La nostra camera non era niente di speciale - due letti matrimoniali e bagno standard. Le pareti sono davvero sottili, e potevamo sentire i ragazzi divertenti correre e scendere nelle stanze (non mi dispiace) e la gente parlando mentre camminava per la nostra stanza. La nostra porta ha detto che il check-out era 12:00, ma era in realtà 11:00. Eravamo nella nostra stanza alle 11:10 e abbiamo ricevuto una chiamata che dovevamo andare. Tutto - questo non è un cattivo hotel. La piscina è davvero carina (il tubo caldo è stato chiuso a causa della COVID) e c'è un bel ristorante che ha offerto cena e ha un bar che ha servito bevande. La colazione è un extra $10. Non abbiamo ricevuto il loro colazione. Gurnee è una bella zona con molti ristoranti - il centro commerciale è anche un bel plus. Sono venuto qui per rassegnare la posizione di Gurnee! Abbiamo fatto qualche settimana fa e sinceramente abbiamo avuto delle denunce ZERO! Abbiamo arrivato alle 11:00 e anche se la nostra stanza non era ancora pronta, abbiamo goduto il parco acquatico fino a quando non era. (A circa 2:00) La nostra stanza era senza spot e non avevamo problemi con il rumore o niente. Il parco acquatico era molto più piccolo della GWL di WI Dells. (L'unica cosa che abbiamo fatto è che ci piaceva il layout, e fu più facile diffondere, ma guardare ancora tutti i bambini, non avevamo problemi a trovare un tavolo e sedie. Abbiamo amato assolutamente le due diapositive con i grandi raffiguranti di stile familiare. Sono grandi raffiguranti circondati che possono sedere fino a 5 persone e l'intero raffigurante ha un fondo. Questo è stato così fantastico per i nostri 4 anni che ha appena fatto il 42 pollici di taglio. Gli altri tipi di raft sono davvero duri per lei.Abbiamo ordinato frittelle francesi, tazze di pollo e il gigante stile pizza nachos, e tutto era delizioso. Mangiavamo al ristorante Barnwood una notte all'interno del resort. Abbiamo una tavola di circa 15 persone, e il servizio era fenomenale, abbiamo ordinato una grande varietà di cose dal menu, e le porzioni erano enormi e il cibo era fantastico. Mi è stato piacevolmente sorpreso che non sembrasse solo il vostro tipico cibo da ristorante a prezzi eccessivi, ma abbiamo ordinato anche la pizza dalla fame come lupo e era deliziosa. Alcuni membri della famiglia hanno fatto il corso delle corde e è stato un corso fantastico e molto conveniente. La festa di danza è stata un colpo enorme con la mia famiglia, e ci piaceva che ci fossero due opzioni di tempo diverse in questo luogo ogni notte. Sembrava che ci fossero molte persone all'hotel e al parco acquatico, ma non sembravano affatto sovraccaricate. Non eravamo sicuri di cosa aspettare per un fine settimana di estate. Abbiamo avuto un bel tempo e ci aspettiamo già di prenotare un altro viaggio!

La mia figlia e io abbiamo trascorso la maggior parte della settimana di memoria in questo bel hotel. Anche se c'era una piccola miscela su quale stanza dovevamo entrare, mia figlia e io nuotavamo un po' nella loro piscina (le riserve erano necessarie) e avevamo un bel tempo di rilassamento nella stanza piangeva. La mia unica negativa era che ci fosse solo yogurt e frutta come opzione per colazione, la mia famiglia non è un vero amore per il yogurt, e ci sono solo due arancioni rimasti nella bocca. Per quanto riguarda la questione della maschera, siamo stati soddisfatti del fatto che non ne abbiamo bisogno se fossimo vaccinati. Ho amato il personale, persone molto carine. Incluso il Figlio e la Mamma Team che ha scoperto la nostra questione della stanza. Grazie!
