The Barn on Grand & Courtyard Stayed here as I was attending an event at The Barn on Grand. Hotel in the downtown area and extremely convenient to I-84. My King room was absolutely wonderful and comfortable. The couch (also pullout) was circular perfectly facing the TV. Great space and spacious shower in the bathroom. Loved the gym. Plenty of machines to choose from and it was good to have a TV as we worked out. Easy check in and given a list of area restaurants. We planned to park the car ($12 per night) and not move it during our two night stay. Plenty of restaurant choices in a variety of tastes. There are a few places (deli, pizza, smoothies) within walking distance from the hotel to chose from. We did have dessert (Key Lime pie & Apple pie a La mode) at the Bistro ($8). Not bad. My main reason for the stay was to experience the new event space on premises - The Barn on Grand. Sales team Jessica & Jaiquan are an absolute delight. Room holds 80 with easy. Attending a brunch, so the menu selection was delightful. Mimosas and music was the perfect compliment. Hotel host a variety of events during the year. One of the banquet rooms was turned into a comedy club. Sold out event, but the hotel never felt crowded. Worth a visit if you are in Waterbury, CT

La prima stanza in cui eravamo era sporca aveva la spazzatura ancora sotto il letto come se pulissero solo ciò che pensano che ppl vedrebbero e aveva anche i capelli nella vasca ancora smh. . . quindi siamo passati a un'altra stanza ed era sporco anche bene la sedia aveva le vecchie Cheerios e il tappeto era come appiccicoso ho dovuto indossare le mie infradito smh ma il servizio era gentile erano molto dispiaciuti ma sì, vorrei fare foto

Il mio soggiorno al Quality Inn era davvero buono. Le camere sono pulite, il personale è amichevole, e la mattina hanno bagagli di colazione (per il virus). Ma in generale tutto era grande 👍. Vorrei consigliare questo hotel a chiunque.

Mi sono messo in camera, un set di asciugamani, un tavolo da letto, nessuna macchina da caffè, nessun frigo. La luce era fuori, il giacca non aveva un bar per appendere nulla. Haydee Rodriquez è venuto al salvataggio. Ha organizzato di cambiare la nostra stanza e era molto meglio.

Very clean, check-in smooth, breakfast yummy! All around great stay!!!!

La stanza 203 si scioglie come urina saturata sul letto. La stanza è stata rinnovata ma si scioglie molto male. Andò al tavolo e lasciare al manager sapere che si scioglieva prima che volesse darmi polvere per l'odore. Il direttore ha cambiato Rm a 213, che aveva letto letto che usciva letto non poteva dormire, aveva bambini che correvano in tutta la stanza in alto a tutte le ore della notte, che si sbattuvano. La Hallway ha un odore di piscia molto pesante, che è stato il peggiore che abbia mai avuto. E dissero che avrebbero cambiato la stanza e che non aveva più quando ho pagato per una stanza di grandezza re, e mi piaceva il posto, ma questa volta era il peggiore. Capisco che sia un hotel, ma dovrebbe almeno avere un soggiorno decente a metà strada questa volta non ho riposo e più irritato.

We had a queen bed with a sofa pullout. The queen bed was uncomfortable & more like a full. The sofa bed appeared to be broken & we could not sleep on it. 2 of us got no sleep due to the sofa bed. Our phone in the room was also not working when we tried to contact the front desk. Very nice staff, but room was horrible.
