Positiv: günstiger Preis, Lage, Sauberkeit, kontaktloses Einchecken war unkompliziert. Negativ: Der größte Minuspunkt war, dass die Heizung nicht richtig funktionierte und nur lauwarm wurde, die Fenster waren zudem offenbar nicht richtig Dicht, sodass ein Durchzug herrschte, alles in einem im Januar bei kalten Temperaturen sehr ungut. Absolut nervig war die Baustelle direkt nebenan in Verbindung mit dem Presslufthammer. Jeden Morgen um 6 Uhr wurden wir von den ankommenden Arbeitern lautstark geweckt. Das Zimmer war extrem klein. TV Empfang funktionierte bis auf wenige Sender nicht richtig. Wlan funktionierte auch nicht wie gewünscht, sodass wir ohne Wlan besser auskamen. Im Zimmer war kein Mülleimer (lediglich im Bad), seinen Müll musste man in eine separate Mülltonne abseits des Hauses werfen, zu der man einen extra Schlüssel benötigte. Ein besonderes Manko ist noch die absolut unzureichende Parkplatzsituation, diese ist jedoch unabhängig von der Unterkunft. Fazit: Auch trotz des niedrigen Preises, haben wir aufgrund der Beschreibung im Buchungsportal und der Fotos mehr erwartet. Es wäre für den Preis ok, wenn Heizung, TV, Wlan richtig funktioniert hätten, haben sie jedoch nicht. Für den ständigen Baustellenlärm, kann der Gastgeber nix, war aber nunmal dauerpräsent während des Aufenthalts und fließt daher mit ein.
