Hotel a Walvis Bay, Namibia

Il personale è sorprendente e gentile, sempre disposto a dare una mano d'aiuto. Le camere sono molto pulite e il colazione è grande. La casa d'albergo è vicino alla maggior parte dei ristoranti. Ho avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso qui, lo consiglio molto !

I pannolini sono puliti, le letti sono sporche, lasciano che il custode di casa cambi un set o sono sporchi, sospetto che abbiano messo i loro letti sul pavimento per sistemare la tortura?Il sub-gigante è ancora pesante. La colazione è fondamentalmente tutto, va bene.La pressione di lavaggio dell'acqua è buona, la pressione di acqua è generalmente inferiore. In realtà, l'hotel è molto situato, molto vicino al ristorante e al porto di mare, e sono arrivati pochi minuti a piedi.La stanza del primo piano è anche molto conveniente per correre fuori per fare fuoco.L'ambiente circostante è anche molto tranquillo e sicuro. E'il suolo della stanza ha un sapore. Potrebbe essere molto meglio cambiare in pavimento a causa della forte densità del mare. Il personale, come dire, il progetto è molto arduo, ma sembra che ci siano molte linee di postazione, e alla fine ho deciso io stesso.Quando ho lasciato la casa, ho detto che la commissione deve essere pagata.Ho detto chiaramente che ho pagato a Trip.com, e poi la reception ha detto che l'ho pagata.Strano. L'hotel prende 250 nanomoney per persona, il trasporto è una società di escursione che chiede la reception, un conducente che cerca, due 400 persone.

Il mio volo è stato ritardato di notte a causa di una tempesta di sabbia e ho bisogno di una stanza all'ultimo minuto. Ho prenotato online e confermato la prenotazione sul viaggio dall'aeroporto. Non solo hanno una stanza. Mi hanno dato un caldo benvenuto e mi hanno aggiornato in una stanza di vista. Il ristorante dell'hotel è meraviglioso e la mia stanza è ben strutturata e confortevole.

Desidero congratularmi con il personale per il loro magnifico sostegno. Ho una quantità limitata di cibo che posso mangiare a causa di una sfida per la salute. Il personale era molto comprensivo e sostenibile. Gli ascoltarono la mia richiesta e facevano del loro meglio per aiutarmi. Anche le mie condizioni di lavoro erano non standard e quando ho portato qualche apparecchio all'hotel per lavorare su di loro lavoravano in tandem con me o intorno a me e non sembravano molto disturbi e ti fanno sentire parte della loro ”familia”.

Good directions to place, easy to find. Reception inviting and the person who received us was very friendly/helpful & clear with instructions. Free, unrestricted WiFi and the reception was acceptable and fair - I cannot complain about this actually very happy with this. Rooms were clean, spacious. Spacious bathroom. Very little, inconvenient space to unpack/hang clothes. I friendly & apologetically asked for a clean towel just after arrival, since the one in the bathroom had a very bad smell - Receptionist helped me with a clean fresh towel without hesitation or hard feelings. Toilet seat broken/loose upon arrival. (Failed to report-Just kept on using it as is. Did not want to come forward as a complaining-guest.) Personally would have liked a glass or something similar at the hand basin where I could put my toothbrush, but not a complaint. (I probably could have used the cup at the coffe station.) Readily available hot water at all times, so I had a pleasant shower everytime. There was a very nice complimentary chocolate presented on a bathrobe on the bed which I think was a very kind gesture and I personally appreciated this. Beds are extremely firm/hard, BUT in this case I actually liked it. Others might not... Enough blankets in the room, spacious bed, comfortable pillows. Bar fridge door stuck on floor with opening/closing.Guessing floor/fridge not level. (Failed to report-Just kept on using it as is. Did not want to come forward as a complaining-guest.) Complimentary coffee station in the room, poorly stocked. Did not use it, since there was literally only one instant-coffee pouch during my stay. T.b.h., I think if I had asked for more they would have gladly supplied more. Complimentary bottle of water, regretfully not repleninshed, but this is okay. Nextdoor bedrooms can be quite noisy, but there's not much that I think can be done about this. Breakfast a bit ”hit-and-run”, below average. (Some stocks such as one of the breads had run out of stock, but I opted for another bread.) Had scrambled eggs & sausage that was pleasant. But there's not much more to choose from - Some cereals and bread and that's it. Considering what I got, for the price paid, I think this is some of the best value for money places I had ever been to in Walvis Bay.
