La posizione dell'hotel è buona a piedi a breve distanza dalle spiagge, centro commerciale e bar locali. Ci è un buon supermercato a 2 minuti a piedi. La camera era grande e nuovamente decorata, la doccia era una delle migliori mai in una stanza d'hotel! Nuova rete ha consentito TV con Netflix ecc. Il colazione incluso aveva una grande selezione di piatti caldi e freddi e era un grande inizio al giorno. Il bar era ragionevolmente costoso e tutto il personale che abbiamo incontrato era amichevole e accogliente. Un grande soggiorno, non può aspettare di rimanere di nuovo :)

O quarto é grande, bem distribuído os móveis e ter guarda roupa é um diferencial, já que ficamos 7 dias. Banheiro bom, mas falta uma prateleira para acomodar sabonetes e shampoo e um cabideiro atrás da porta do banheiro. Os atendentes são atenciosos e solícitos e como chegamos antes do check in o gerente nos acomodou prontamente até a liberação dos quartos. Destaco o atendente Diógenes do restaurante que nos atendeu muito bem na horário da noite.

Below average stay at this property. While the hotel had a kind staff and a good location across from the beach, this property leaves a lot to be desired for. This was my third time (and last) at this property and here are the reasons for the below average rating. We checked in to a room that the A/C was defective and the TV would not turn on with the remote control. After calling downstairs for assistance, no one came. On my way out to dinner, I reminded the front desk of the issues. Upon return from dinner around 11pm, we were told that we would need to change rooms. No help whatsoever from the hotel staff in transferring our belongings from one floor to another. I find it absurd that the front desk would not know about the room issues before checking us in. Once in the new room, the TV had the same issue and the door handle to the bathroom was lose until it finally fell. Housekeeping was incapable of notifying staff of the problem the next day and upon return to the room from lunch, the handle was laying on top of the TV. I tried notifying the front desk before leaving for lunch but it had one person attending guests and I had to leave for my commi**ent. I finally was able to get assistance at 7pm on my third night. Again, I find it absurd that the door handle issue wasn’t fixed beforehand. The restaurant seems to be handled to an outside vendor. Service for dinner was slow and not up to par. Food was average and replaced slowly during breakfast. Overall, not a great experience at this property and will not be staying there anymore. I have communicated all the issues to the manger on duty and hope they will be able to serve their future guests in a better manner than the service I received.

In primo luogo vogliamo (la mia moglie e io) ringraziare l'ospitetà – dal nostro arrivo, la nostra partenza - con cui siamo stati ricevuti dal Team (Reception, Ristorante, Cameriere, ...) dell'Hotel Nobile Suites Diamond Hotel Vitória. Grazie! Tuttavia, anche la nostra delusione per quanto riguarda le strutture è nota: si sente come se avessero fatto un “pull” in alto (che non ha accesso per ascensore) con materiali di basso costo/qualità. Le porte che hanno dato accesso alla balcone della stanza sono ancora sporche di ghiaccio, con difficoltà di aprire in funzione della sporcizia. Bagno con goccia sul tetto della scatola (pinchando gocce di acqua fredda mentre si sta facendo il bagno). Questi punti degradano l'immagine dell'hotel e l'attenzione dei collaboratori. Il punto massimo di “delusione” è stato ricevere asciugamani letteralmente rasiati, fuggiti ... Molto triste ... Va sottolineato che tutti questi punti sono stati segnalati direttamente ai Collaboratori (in sostanza) del turno di sabato sera (04/06/2022) e domenica mattina (05/06/2022). Spero che questo possa aiutare i nuovi ospiti a non passare la stessa esperienza disgustosa che abbiamo passato. Attentamente, Alexander.

Prenota certo, camera super pulita, vista perfetta per il mare, niente da desiderare, ci hanno preso in considerazione super bene, tutto molto perfetto!!! Mi sono amata e sarei rimasto all'hotel.

Ho aspettato più di un Hotel Ibis. La stanza è ben pulita. Il caffè per gli ospiti è gratuito, ma debole e anche prelievo per non ospiti, che rende ben mosso, non ha comfort, ho aspettato volte per poter prendere, perché non c'era posto. Per la prima volta ho visto una camera con una vasca per il bagno e un'altra per il bagno... che lascia entrambi stretti e il lavabo è nella camera, non è né nella parte del bagno né nella doccia. La posizione dell'hotel è buona ... È in grado di camminare sulle spiagge, ha un grande mercato con lanchones e ristoranti bene davanti all'hotel, ma un quartiere un po' troppo pericoloso (non so se è sempre, ma quel fine settimana era). Beh, mi aspettavo molto di più dall'hotel, ma non e' male.
